    My nature of my dispute concerns an account cancelation that obviously didn't happen. I last used your services on January 9th and canceled my Pigeonly account. On May 29, 2022, my bank was charged $34.99 for services. Noticing this was strange, I logged on to Pigeonly to see that there is no indication that I canceled my account and my account was actually renewed in April. On May 30, 2022, I received a call confirming my cancelation. I asked your representative about the charge and why was I charged and he stated that it was because I used the service since March or April which is false because I physically canceled this account around January online! I asked the representative who could I speak with about having my charged refunded and I was told that was not possible. This will be the last time I ever use Pigeonly or recommend this service to anyone who has loved ones incarcerated. It it already hard enough struggling to stay in contact with loved ones and not we are being charged for services that we are no longer using. Seriously?????

We will do further investigation, and if you are incorrectly charged for $34.99, rest assured it will be refunded. A report and a refund request will be submitted and will make sure to get things situated as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and be safe!     I cancelled my Pigeonly account on July 2021 on Christmas Day 2021. I wake up to six charges of $39.99 each. It is now May 27,2022. I have been trying to get a refund I have called over 20 times ,multiple emails. All the agents say no manager ,to call back they don't have any information. I have been dealing with this for almost a year now. My time,stress and financial burden this has caused is completley unnacceptable. There are multiple complaints on this company yet it is still operating! Please assist this is wy this agency is in place. Thank you.
