Pigeonly continuously tries to charge my card once every few months even though I cancelled the service with them almost a year ago. I have emailed them. I have called them. I thought the issue was resolved because they hadn't attempted to charge me in about 6 months until yesterday, 08/03/23. I am now having to dispute another charge from them and order a completely new card. Pigeonly are scammers. Once your card is on file with them, you cannot remove it. After you cancel your subscription you will continue to be charged for at least a year.Business Response

I am repeatedly getting a charge attempting to take money from my cash app card for various amounts from Post Pigeon. I have never subscribed to this and have tried to contact the business and get a VM "********* is not available please Leave a message". There should be something done about these idiots who pray on peoples accounts and attempt to get their money. I see there are many complaints against this so called business and nothing is being done. What is the BBB for then just to vent? Please look into this matter before they rob others.Business Response

I got one month of services from this company and have canceled two times since. I can no longer access my account or use services but this company has been randomly charging me amounts ranging from $10-$40 it has been over 8 months!! I have been charged $34.00 numerous times a day for the past few months. I used this service to give money one time to my nephew a few months ago who is an inmate in the ***************************** in ********* ******. I purchased the Unlimited plan for $24.99 and then the following day had another charge for $4.99. I brushed this off since the amount was low, but then the next day, my card was charged $34.99 by Post Pigeon!! Since it was after 5 pm and I wasnt able to get a hold of customer service about why I was being charged multiple times for various amounts, I changed the debit card on file on my Pigeonly account just in case they tried to charge me again. Lo and behold, I received a notification the next morning stating that my debit card declined for ANOTHER charge of $34.99 from Pigeonly!! Thank goodness I didnt have money on my card, as that would have totaled $100 I was charged for sending a letter and a few pictures. I still feel scammed out of $40, and Im very fearful of having any of my cards on file since they seem to be able to charge them any time for no reason. Im still waiting to get a hold of customer service because the hours are so limited and always during my work hours. Really disappointing since the entire advertising of Pigeonly was geared toward people wanting to connect with their loved ones at an affordable price :/Business Response

I was trying to figure out how to send an email to someone in prison and this was one of the first websites to show up. When I clicked on it it said I could send two postcards for free by signing up for a certain plan and nothing would be charged to my credit card at all. So I did that it didn't work and I canceled the plan just to make sure. Well now I have five or six charges on my credit card over the past 5 days and I just realized it. The total is $179.94 for no reason. The only reason I realized they were charging my card was because I tried to get gas and there was no money in my freaking account. I need my money back I need a refund. This website is a joke and provided no services and is trying to steal my money.Business Response
