      I just dealt with a representative from Advanced Pure Air regarding an order for two Air Shield filters for the unit that I purchased some years ago. First let me tell you that the unit is amazing and has contributed to my overall well being with regard to filtering out all the dust and pollen that would otherwise exist in the air in my bedroom. It's life changer and not all that expensive. But just as important was the exchange I had with the representative. You see, I recently ordered two filters for the unit; but received only one via **** I did not take any pictures or video to support my claim that I was short-changed. I only called and left a voicemial and an accompanying email saying that there had been a mistake and I felt shortchanged. The representative called me shortly thereafter and asked me if I had any proof to support my claim. I defeatedly told her that I did not. She said she would talk to her manager and then get back to me. She called me back in a couple of minutes and said that she would in good faith send me an additional filter at no additional cost - just based on my word. In this day and age of skepticism with respect to corporate behavior, this was a miraculous display of good old fashioned "The Customer is always right" -type thinking coupled with deep compassion. I'm deeply grateful to this small company, its products, and its employees. And it's good to know that I can take a deep breath and know that the air is pure.

      This is a fabulous company! I've had my water filter for about five years, and it works like a charm. The water is delicious, and I can select alkalinity for cooking, for making tea, or for drinking water. It's great, as well as things like cosmetic and household cleaning uses.Customer service has been amazing during all these years, although usually I'm calling for something that I didn't do right, or for help for replacing the filter because I can't figure out how to do it on my own. They are very responsive, very friendly, and very efficient and effective.I highly recommend this company and their product, the alkalizing water filter. Especially when we first got it and started drinking alkaline water regularly, it has changed my family's lives. Even our animals prefer the water from this machine. Thank you so much, Air Water Life!!

      I am a very pleased customer! Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5 was an excellent purchase. This alkaline water ionizer provides quality water. My Sister has an Aqua Ionizer for many years, and I've always enjoyed the quality of water, in her home. I no longer require bottled water. I have my own high quality water, from a reliable company.
