      I had the pleasure of working with **** at Real Spirit USA to get my ionizer cleaned. very professional and intelligent service with quality not being lost by speedy work! I have and will continue to refer anyone in the market for an ionizer or ionizer related needs to go through Real Spirit USA!! **** was very intelligent on any questions I had related to my product and not once did I feel that my concerns were not being understood. Even though Real Spirit USA stays busy when I left a message for **** to call me back (because I wanted to stay working with the same person) he would always get back to me the same day!! made me that much more confident in Real Spirit USA! great service and great people all around!! Can't wait till the next time I have the pleasure of working alongside the fine employees at Real Spirit USA

      I recently had the pleasure of interacting with ******** while researching and subsequently purchasing the Aqua Ionizer Pro 9.5. Right from the get go, ******** showcased exceptional customer service skills. Her responses were consistently quick and I never felt left in the dark. What stood out to me was her genuine empathy. Interacting with her felt like I was speaking to a real human who genuinely cared, not just another robotic customer service rep.Even when I had questions she couldn't directly solve, ********'s resourcefulness was much appreciated. She consistently offered alternative solutions, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. Shout out to the tech that also watched my testing videos and helped, too! I didnt catch your name.Throughout my interactions, I have truly felt like we were partners in the problem solving process.******** is without a doubt a stellar representation of what good customer care should be. The company is immensely fortunate to have such an asset on their team! She is absolutely one of the main reasons I would consider products with the company.Thanks for everything!

      I made a good faith purchase of the Aqua Ionizer Pro water system on July 4,2022. It worked fine for only 7 months before failing February 26,2023. I had to make multiple calls before being connected to ***** on February 27, 2023. Upon his request I sent a video of the machine failure, and he agreed that my system was broken and to send it back for a replacement unit. After about a week I received the same system back with an inferior faucet, but not all of the parts needed to reinstall my unit. They sent the wrong parts to me repeatedly for 3 other occasions. I spoke with a guy named **** who was totally condescending, saying that they have gone above and beyond to take care of my problem. These people are complete frauds and they simply don't have the moral capacity or integrity to provide good business or customer service. I finally received the needed parts to reinstall my system only to discover that the system still doesn't work. I spent a total of $2,956 with this fraudulent company and I will not go away quietly, as I intend to pursue other means of remedy as well as post this on as many social media platforms as possible on a daily basis in order to make the whole world know not to conduct any business with this company. I hardly think that the BBB will be of much assistance other than allowing you to vent about your negative experience with a business. If I need to file complaints with the Attorney General in both ******** and Nevada, I am prepared to do so. If you are contemplating doing business with this company, you will very soon regret having done so.

And in fact blocking our attempts to locate customers that had concerns. We apologize for your terrible experience.       **************** is not a service that tries to really help. Simply said, buyer beware. Promotion units are not returnable if you made a mistake buying it. You will be out of your money without any remedy. Brand new unit unused but they will not accept their product back for any reasons. Their return policy is absolute if considered "promotional". What difference does make if the product is promotional vs regular purchase- is it just the price? And why should it matter? Dissatisfied with products and customer services.

      We are sorry that you purchased a 'refurbished' unit that has a limited return option. Although our return policy is limited for return of this type of product, we would still honor any warranty issues, and can possibly provide a credit toward another product including a factory new product.
