      I've been using the Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 5.0 for over seven years, and I panicked when it stopped working. I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me a video on how to fix it. When it stopped working again later, they sent me a replacement part for free. It's working perfectly now. I wish all customer service were as excellent as theirs.

      The customer service of this company is absolutely magnificent as well as their products. Shout out to ******** who literally went above and beyond to help me remove my unit so that I can send it in for deep cleaning. She even FaceTime me from their company iPad and assisted me to resolve my issues. It is hard to find top notch genuine people these days to help their customers so thank you and I will be recommending your company and your service to everyone.

      Love this place from **** to anyone in the past who has serviced and helped cover under the warranty any repairs the past 3 to 4 years. everything is returned in a timely manner and communication is top notch!

      We love our Aqua Ionizer Pro We bought it 6 years ago and there is just 2 of us but i rinse all my sprouts so i do use the plant water setting often. BTW my sprouts do sprout faster with this water.We love the taste of the filtered water it is so refreshing.The customer service gets better and better every year. I am glad they have a newsletter now. I would like to share more i formation with my friends and family.

      I've been using the Air Water Life Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5 for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my health and daily routine. The water tastes so much bettercrisp and refreshingand I love that I can easily adjust the pH levels depending on what I need, whether it's alkaline water for drinking or acidic water for cleaning. The installation was straightforward, and the unit looks great in my kitchen. Since I started using it, I've noticed I feel more energized and hydrated throughout the day.       I've had my ionizer deluxe 9.5 for just over 4yrs now and I LOVE it. Customer service when servicing my machine is always good. Clear communication with notifications on status, getting tracking numbers and nothing to complain about.

      I love these ionizers as they are very affordable and effective. I have three of them total for my office and two homes. I have had no issues with them at all. I do send them back to have the super cleaned about once ever two years. Service has always been excellent and they have always exceeded my expectations.
