5 starsI was asked by Real Spirit to submit my opinion about my deluxe 9.0 machine. Im glad to do this. First off, I live in an area where the water is not that great. A lot of sediment and scale buildup. Second, being ex military, the importance of water and hydration has been pounded into us. Thirdly, I have history of severe indigestion.I bought my water machine about 3 yrs ago thru Amazon and received everything promised. I also have the dual filter edition under my sink and have the unit set up under the counter with a facet built into my sink. About every nine months, I ship off the machine to Real Spirits for a clean out. This is a free service for life that I received when buying the machine and it comes back clean as a whistle with a new replacement filter in it. I only have to pay for the shipping to them, everything else is free of charge. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon a day from this machine. When I send the machine off for cleaning, Im without it for about 5 to 7 days and go to drinking bottled water. What a difference, for about a week every nine months I feel like junk and my indigestion flares up. The service I receive from Real spirits is always pretty good. I usually make all my purchases for replacement filters once every nine months while setting up the cleaning. I purchased two extra filters for the deluxe 9.0 and a new set of duel filters. This cost me a little over $200 every nine months or so. Compared to buying, storing and drinking bottled water, its a savings comparably.My opinion, as far as health goes. Im sure its different for everyone. For myself, my medicines are more effective, my intestinal business is healthy and normal, I sleep better, I feel better and my indigestion issues only pop up a couple times a year versus every single day. Overall, its been a good purchase. It was a lot of money at first but its paid for itself a couple times over since I bought it 3 years ago. Its still looks and functions like new.Review fromChris T

This product works and half the price of the compilation! The service from Start to end was very good. The service after the sale dose not stop. The team continued to make sure I understood the system and its benefits. Great company and customer service.

its been a pleasure working with ****, at real Spirit USA. Not only was he Professional and responsive to the problem I was facing with my Ionizer unit but was also very courteous and patient in helping me resolve the issue. Granted that the problem I was having with my ionizer was a one of a kind situation that required some time, research and investigation in order to resolve. Throughout the entire process I felt confident and never felt as if I had made a mistake in purchasing my ionizer. I believe That the main contributing factor to this was the fact that I didnt have multiple customer service reps dealing with the issue but rather one customer service rep ****** who made me feel confident that he was invested in helping me resolve the issue.Fortunately, they were able to find a resolution since not only did it make me a happy customer but its something that is also going to help future customers that *** encounter the same problem. furthermore, I now feel even more confident telling my family and friends all about it and advising them to look into acquiring a unit for themselves. We purchased a deluxe system from Real Spirit USA three years ago, and we've been satisfied with its performance despite our poor water quality, which is high in minerals. I've had the pleasure of working with their team to have my ionizer cleaned several times. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working a month ago, and we had to return it at our expense. However, the company went above and beyond by sending us a refurbished new system at their cost! I'm thrilled we didn't need to buy another system. The water quality is excellent, with multiple pH options. I highly recommend the deluxe version, which comes with a lifetime warranty. ****, their representative, has been incredibly helpful and responsive every time I've called.****** from **Real Spirit USA, Inc.

After having the opportunity to relocate into a newer home and unboxing my Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 7.0 after two years, I found that the design of my new countertop wouldn't receive my 7.0 without placing it under the countertop. Calling Air Water Life, I was able to speak with ************************* Sales Specialist with Real Spirit USA.Explaining my new countertop and the complication it presented me and my ionizer.******************** interduce me to a under sink kit that not only enhance my new faucet set but also added room on the countertop.After being boxed for a few years and being concern of its performance, I then asked to have my Ionizer serviced and to purchase my new under sink kit.In less than three days I received my serviced Ionized and the new under-sink kit.But within those three days I had the opportunity to watch ******************************* interdicting the Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5, yes and in two more day I was installing my brand-new Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5 Not only I'm I happy with my new Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.5 but so is my *** Driver who is offering me a great deal on the 7.0 Thank you so very much ******************** for representing Real Life USA with such Professionalism and sharing with me your knowledge of your product.I raise my glass of Alkaline Water to you, Job Well Done.Real Spirit USA, Inc.
