I received a letter in the mail from First National Collection Bureau *** about a fraud with ************ about a purchase from *************** account from ************** with a reference number of *********. I have never made a purchase from *************** nor LVNV in my life and they indicated that I had an account number ending ****. This is Fraud and I believe someone has stolen my identity or details. The address it was sent to is also not my home address, but that of a family member,, The amount they claim I owe is from 31 January 2020 of $8,215.75, with no interest accruing over the past three years which indicated that it is not authentic as well. I believe that either FNCB is Fraudulent or they are acting on behalf of an identity theft. Please let me know what I am able to do to protect myself from FNCB and from fraudsters. Also I have filled out a form online directly with them on their website.Business Response

I received a text from this place stating they are a debt collector and I owe. First of all with all the scams going on why would anyone trust a text like that? Very unprofessional I do not owe any debt that I am aware of. And if I did why would I trust a text? . Debt collectors should understand why people these days are iffy about trusting anyone wanting their info.Business Response
