Within the last 6 months I&#**;ve received multiple calls from H37313735343631**36H H323435**31313438**35H Credit Bureau. They&#**;ve asked to speak with different people, and I&#**;m not the person they&#**;ve requested. I&#**;ve asked for my number to be removed from their call list. The last time I received a call from the collection agency was within the past three months. I requested again for my number to removed and also asked to speak with a manager. I was transferred to a manager who was very rude, didn&#**;t give me an opportunity to speak, and rudely said they will not contact me again by phone call. Since then I&#**;ve received text from the collection agency.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It seems like someone is impersonating this business sending fraudulent emails to people trying to collect money from fictitious debts. I already blocked that sender and deleted the email. Thanks Better Business Bureau for your prompt complaint messaging.

We have received your complaint and have reviewed your file.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide documentation to this response.  There is not enough information on your complaint for verification.

This company has reached out to me several times via email claiming I owe on a QVC Credit Card from back in 2017 under a name that is not mine. I don't know how they got my email at all. I don't know how to make the emails stop. I have never purchased anything from QVC in my life. The debt owed is under someone else's name.

I have had at least two emails from this company seeking payment on a credit card I do not own. They are addressing this to a persons first and last name completely different than my own. It is addressed to *******************************. I am not that person and I feel I am being harassed by this company. I am worried that this is a complete scam. I will not tolerate being threatened that my credit score will be affected. They attached a reference number of: *********. Please help me with this situation. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like you to state in writing that you have used the wrong email address associated with this person. You stated in your response that I should just opt out from your original email before contacting the BBB? Why would I just delete the matter without looking into a credit scam linked with my personal email address? I worry about the elderly, etc.  out there who may have contacted you and paid this claim. It is clearly not me. Again, please state in writing that this was the wrong email address you used for this person.

      Sincerely,

I received a letter from First National Collection Bureau addressed to *************************** (which is not me as I have a different middle initial) regarding an account I never had ending in **** with **** of America. The letter said *************************** owed $7,829 of which $4,439 is interest from 2/27/2010. The reference number on the letter is *********. This is either fraud or a mistake. In either case, I want FNCB to stop contacting me. Thank you for your support.
