I have been paying onlinelandsales for a property in Tennessee. I have now been notified the loan has been transferred to another company but none of the funds have been transferred or refunded. I had paid nearly half of the loan. I have reached out by email and through the payment app but have not received any of the funds.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted the new company today to confirm. They report they have not received a single dollar from them for my account. The response sent from online land sales is simply not true. I need the funds transferred or refunded per our contract.

I purchased land earlier this year, I never recevied any of the documents in the mail as promised, additionally, I looked on the county assesor's page for it and they show a whole different name as the owner. I have been paying on it for months and want to make sure the land I have been paying on is actually mine.
I have asked for mailing addresses, gps coordinates and ownership documents and it has not been provided. While I understand that the deed may not be released until paid in full, I shouldnt have to ask multiple times for the documents associated for this parcelBusiness Response

Please rest assured—your signed e-contract fully documents your ownership interest in the land, even though title remains under a partner company until it's paid in full. We attempted to reach you by phone, but the call went to voicemail.

In 2021 I entered a contract with online land sales for the purchase of lot 20 in eagles nest for a price of $36,095.00. I have made every payment on time and in the first year I paid a total of $10,680 alone. Now it is 2025 and I have paid a total of $22,808.00 and online land sales stated they are transferring my contract to their vendor classic country land. Classic country land has sent me a contract for purchase price of 34,529.00 when it should be $22,503.00. Classic country land states online land sales still owes them $34,529.00 for this property. I have the receipts from all payments made and have tried to get this resolved by online land sales. At this point I am done with it and want a full refund of everything I have paid online land sales. I do not trust anything either one of them telling me.Business Response

I purchased land from online land sales in May of 2014. I have never missed a payment. Used Auto Pay the whole time. I've paid 54k dollars so far. Contract was voided out of nowhere. Online Account Disappeared. Could no longer login. Received a letter from Classic Country Land saying that they would send me a new contract to sign with the same exact terms. I was sent a contract that was 88 dollars more a month and for 3 extra years. I never got a solid explanation of what was going on. I was given less than a weeks notice to make a decision and sign the new contract or they would put the property back up for sale. To me this is a blatant Breach of Contract. I want the the same terms on remainder of my original contract, or the 54k dollars back Ive already paid.Business Response

So I bought land from this company the end of April 2025. First was due in a couple days, which was fine. May 2nd comes and someone reaches out to me say hey they haven’t received payment, pay now to avoid any further action etc. I look into things and see they were right payment hadn’t gone through my bank alert it as possible fraud. So when they reached out they gave me option on how I could pay one being Cash ap. So I used that option. Here is June and I go in to manually pay again and it now say page not found. I’m pretty confused so I try to sign in a different way, I get in and under my account it’s say STATUS: UNFULFILLED. I don’t know what this means I’ve texted and called and nothing. My land isn’t showing anymore I believe this all may have been a scam. I also never received the things in the mail that I was supposed to a lot of red flags. We are absolutely a legitimate company, and we’ve successfully completed over 7,000 land transactions over the past 20 years. Every single customer has received the land they paid for, without exception. That includes you.
We recently launched a major website upgrade—the first in over a decade—and while we’ve worked hard to make everything smooth, a few links may have temporarily pointed to the wrong place. If you were using a saved link, it’s very possible it didn’t redirect properly. We’re truly sorry for that confusion, and we’ve now confirmed all payment links and account dashboards are functioning correctly on the current site.
As for your payment status:It looks like your first attempt didn’t go through due to a bank fraud alert—very common these days with online payments.
You then paid through Cash App, which we accepted and applied to your account.
Your "UNFULFILLED" status likely refers to an internal flag due to the failed first attempt—not your ownership. We’ve since updated your account and will be following up directly to confirm everything is squared away.

I purchased land on owner finance with online land sales. First off the *** they showed for this property was to a very nice piece in a great area. Then after I put down payment down they tell me a different gps after I had to ask. Then after I talked to some one I'm told I have until nay 1st to get first payment in. Now I'm being threatened by taking property away in 24 to 48 hrs if I don't pay payment. I know men who have gotten property from online land sales and have been allowed time to get first payment in. Guess it's not allowed for woman. Especially dissabled, medically retired woman. The county AG in ************** is very protective over dissabled woman.Business Response

Contract for property 33 in ********, has been paid on time each month. Online land sales has relinquished their contract to the property back to classic country and land, but online land sales shows that February 2025 payment was not made. Payment was made on January 3rd, 2025 and was not posted correctly. Classic country and land now is showing that I owe for that and is threatening to foreclose. Repeated attempts to contact online land sales, with no return phone call. I have offered to provide all payment history to both online land sales and classic country and land.Business Response

I have some land with online land sales and I pay my payment every month. Of course, I found out that really were just renting the land we have to get permission. To even get electric on it, but that's not what the contract says. I've sent them 5 emails and 4 phone calls to set up a closing, so I can pay off my land in April but I want to use a title company or a real estate attorney because they want you just to send them a money order to a PO. box which I'm not gonna do. Because obviously there's too many complaints about not getting their deeds on here and no one has got back to me yet. But I have paid all my payments through Cash App so I have proof. And I would like someone to get ahold of me to set up using a title company so when I pay them. I get my deed right away so I can get. My land worked on without having to get someone's permission that you can't get hold of and i'm not spending any money to put anything on the land until it's all in my name because I don't trust the company because they never reply because they don't even own the land they're selling for another company so this seems to be the only way I can get a response ****** ***** or whatever her name is never gets back to people. They never call you back and they never email you back. Now I want to go to a title company. So they need to find out where the deed can be ready.

Purchase 10 acres sight on seen in *******. Ms. ** understood the land had to be farmable. Made purchase in July 2024 . Sent resentment letter two months later and spoke to the company. The land is all silt and sand and can't be traversed, it is land locked with no road access. I own an all wheeled vehicle and still couldn't make it in. I placed a "down payment" online for land purchase. 4 days later company demanded a payment for the loan- despite no paperwork, copy of deed, address of land, etc. would not respond to messages with questions- said they would "foreclose" on land. it has been one week since I made a down payment. This is a full blown scam. I have never had a "land loan" demand payment and foreclose before I even get the paperwork and not take calls!Business Response
