    I ordered a 2 foot shelf and received a pair of socks ! No company phone number, constant busy signal. No response to emails. Reported fraud on my cc. Crazy !

    The Elegant Fairy online website is a scam and fraud. Product never received and constant fraud emails with excuses as to refund and complications. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! It is a SCAM/FAUD! These scammers need to be shut down. Unfortunately these reviews are not shown on their website since it is a fraud!

    This business does not deserve even a one star rating. It is a complete ripoff! I ordered a glass cloche, and watched tracking as my package traveled to me. When it said my package was delivered to the post office, I went to pick it up. What I received was a pair of women's socks! NOT what I ordered! I was able to contact my bank and report a dispute, but what a pain! Save yourself grief and DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

    What a scam!!! Got me for $46. I disputed the charge right away with my bank, once I read the reviews. I ordered an embossed picture about 3ft wide and received a pair of socks as my order. What a piece of ***********. Phone number is fake, and the location well. I also tried to email the company and they never emailed me back

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this business!!!! They are a complete fraud and will scam you!!! They are part of a network, along with The Luxtrada, who supposedly fulfill your order, but never deliver your product. I purchased from The Elegant Fairy and was given the run-around, fake automatic email responses, and a "busy" telephone line when I contacted them by phone! BBB PLEASE bring this fake business to accountability and SHUT THEM DOWN!p.s. there was no option to give them a -10 star rating!

    I ordered a cement Hen planter, and received a dollar store necklace! This is a scam! Their number doesnt work, when you send an email they do not reply!! Im not a happy customer!!

    Zero stars! I ordered what I thought was a set of Large Dog food ****************** on 5/27/25. For *****. The tracking said it was delivered to my house today on 06/07/25. The package I received was a cheap Ruby *** Swam necklace in an envelope with the same tracking number!!! I just sent to complaints to the company website. And no response. Now after reading all this info, Iam worried Iam scammed out of *****!! I wish I wouldve known before I ordered this! Please help me try and get my money back and shut these idiots down. The company that mailed the Swan necklace didnt even macht . It came from *****(001) YAS in ****************, Ca!!!! And the company name that took my money out of my bank account on my statement is also a different company ***************.

    This company is scamming people out of their money. I ordered over $80 of items & never recieved them. I was told by the company that my package had been signed for and delivered. It never was. After months of talking with the "logistics team" and them bullsh*tting me saying they were going to refund my account, they never did. This company needs to be shut down as well as the website. This is criminal & not okay. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. if you have ordered & been scammed as well please report & leave reviews!

    I agree with all the complaints on this business. The same situation happened to me. I ordered a couple of things. They charged me and never sent me the items. They promise to return the funds, but they never do it. They are an FRAUD!!!! All the messages are automated. Please take this website down!!!!
