    I never received my order. You cant call the phone number and no one responds to emails. So disappointing and a waste of money!

    The elegant fairy business is scam. They dont answer the emails or phone calls. Its been two weeks since I make a purchase and I dont have my order yet, not even a confirmation shipment number. They totally stole from me. SCAM!!!

    Placed an order and never received a confirmation email, but I was able to set up an account and could see m order so figured it would be ok. After not receiving any shipping information after 2-3 weeks I tried to call the phone number on their site and it is no good. I tried going thru ****** since that is how I paid and have not received the results. I have sent 4 emails mails to the company with no response and on the account I set up it still shows my order pending and not shipped. So after a month I finally cancelled my order order on their site but have not received a refund. I am still hoping ****** will be able to help me get my money back. I really feel this site is a scam.

    This site is a scam. They set us the wrong item and will not follow their own posted return policy stating that they will provide a return shipping label. They claim to be having "warehouse issues" and want me to pay to have the item returned to the manufacturer in *****. I am not at all confident that address they provided is legitimate (not found in ****** Maps), that I will receive the refund for my item nor the return shipping, so I suggested several other options for me to return the item. They will not allow me to return the item to their (questionable) US address, they will not provide me a shipping label to any location, and their phone number has been "disconnected" since we began the return process. I have filed a claim with my credit card but really I just want to prevent other customers from wasting their time and money with this website/company.

    Scam. Item never arrived. Tried to email and they directed me to a tracking phone number that was not valid. Dont order!

    Absolute scam! No not order!!! The dresses were completely different and horrible quality. They even sent the wrong size. They will not let you return to the ** and tell you to send back to *****. Chances of getting any money back are slim to none.

    DO NOT order from this site! Beware of this company! I ordered a dress on July 2nd for my daughter and was sent a completely different dress. Today is July 11th so well within their 14 day return period.I called their phone number and received a busy signal. I also sent pictures of the dress I ordered and the one received. I will be reporting this the the BBB as well.

    Please be aware of this site. It's a scam. I ordered a dress and they sent me a cheap dress not the same as advertise . thy said I have to return it to ***** because their warehouse lease in the *** Nevada expires. BE AWARE. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

    The Elegant Fairy provides inaccurate web descriptions of their products and high prices for the quality of work. Furthermore, despite the "boutique" being advertised as operating out of ****, NV, products and corresponded occur with representatives from *****. This business shows little remorse for their participation in false advertising and scamming customers out of money as evidenced by their insolent return policy. As an avid online shopper, I would not recommend this business.
