Scam, I used this site to renew my passport. It seemed legit. I paid the fees and received an invoice for my purchase. I then got a text informing me that I have an email with steps to avoid any unexpected delays. the email stated that I didn't pay any government fees and gave me weird step by step instructions with several one-time use codes to use to pay more money. The email had also created an email for me with password for me to use.

This company leads you to believe they are assisting you to to renew your passport and their wording on their website leaves you to believe you are paying for your new passport as part of the fee you pay them and then they email you to tell you that you paid them $243 for them to help you with the process and you have to pay an additional amount to get your passport. $243 for a few emails by deceiving customers is bad business!

If I had understood that it would cost $182 to use their services I would never have used them. My understanding was that the $182 would go towards my passport fee. How can they charge nearly as much as the passport fee to support obtaining a passport? I would willingly pay @ $35.00 for such services, but no more. This is a scam business.

Total scam, ein-federal-tax-id.com does not have a phone number on their contact page, even though they mention I can contact them by phone. After searching for Govt Assist LLC which is mentioned several times in their fine print, I find a number and call them, and hey say they are a different service and my order number is not in their system. This is misleading!

Shady company. Tried to apply for a FREE EIN number, got pushed to this site, was not asked to confirm any transactions, then see a charge for almost $500! This SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!! I would like my money refunded immediately!

Total bait and switch! This place is a scam. Do not use them to renew your passport. They are just trying to steal your information and your money. Unfortunately they came up first in the ****** search for renewing your passport. In attempting to contact their customer service they do not respond.

Their website looks like a Federal IRS website since it mentions IRS as part of their url, but it isn't the **** I am a 75-year-old person and could not think clearly and unable to read the very fine print. I also have comprehension issues (grandson is filling this out for me.) Actually I did not even notice the fine print. Regretfully I paid a fee of $329 which I ask to kindly be refunded. Their homepage does not indicate the amount of their fees. If I knew what their fee is, I would have stopped since I have limited income (only Social Security). Also there was no mention of the $329 fee on the link to go to the application form and also no mention on the pages on the application form either, except for the very last page. On the last page I entered my credit card info automatically without thinking. I just assumed their fee of $329 included a required IRS fee. I ask for consideration of a refund of $329 please. Also please delete my personal information from your system since I already have been hacked by 2 people on the web already. Thank you.
