The machine works fine. The water tastes as it should. The difference in taste compared to out of the tap is noticeably superior. The problem i have is getting replacement filters in ******. It is crazy expensive and not very available for people who are not on line shoppers. Any local distributors double the price of filters making it challenging to afford on a tight budget.

I bought a machine from ************************* off 20 some years ago and was very impressed with what the machine did. My wife was diagnosed with MS and was not doing well. ****** told us about the machine and the benefits and so we bought one. It helped tremendously and we are grateful. It doesn't matter how good your product is unless you have the customer service and support to back it up. That's the thing I like the most about UltraWater Solutions. I love my Alkaviva ********************* It is and has been a constant part of my life every day. for many years. When I need new filters or have any questions ****** is so amazing!
