    Scam! Said they received my order but never shipped. I emailed they said it shipped. Gave me a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number it went no where.

    This company owns BoHo Beach Hut which claims to be U.S. based but the clothing is incredibly cheap, hard to track, mis-sized, and not possible to return for a cash refund. The business is unethical in their advertising and I wish I had taken the time to ****** them before ordering. Social media advertisers should consider banning them for their platforms.

    Unethical refund policy that does not allow you to try their clothing on and return it if its not the right size or doesnt look as good on you as you thought it would. Charge you shipping to and back and then they only give store credit even if the return qualifies within the proper refund timeframe.

    Terrible customer service, no proper package tracking. The company uses multiple 3rd party shipment and does not provide clear delivery expectations 4 to 6 weeks shipping and they are based out of ****, **? Doubt it !

    My order came fast, phew. But the item I received did not look anything like the picture. And the quality of the shirt is poor. They must enhance these photos so the clothes look better than they are. I paid almost $60 for a blouse. And to put a nail in the coffin you cant return for a refund only store credit, and you pay for shipping. What a joke.

    This company claims to be from ********** but is from Mainland *****. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered an item which was never delivered because the carrier did not speak English and could not figure out how to use the gate box at my association entrance. The carrier left a text saying he would not deliver my item. The seller never refunded my money. They have a phone number but you can never talk to anyone. WARNING!

    Worst customer experience ever and low-quality clothing that smells of chemicals. Ordering from this company felt like a job and not only did they rip me off for $200 but I spent hours engaging with shippers and customer service. - Had shipping issues, but was told I needed to contact their 3rd party shipper - **************** would take days or not respond to requests - Phone number goes to VM and they do not return your calls - Returns are only accepted 45 days from date of purchase, BUT they say that an order isn't "late" until 45 days. Not a coincidence, they are trying to rip you off and tell you the items can't be returned.All and all this company is a boardline scam and you should stay away.

    This is a racket! Dresses are of poor quality and when I tried to return them online, they do not offer money back as an option. So I called. And called. And called. I got one email saying they hope I enjoyed my items and thanked me for being a customer. I am most definitely not a continuing customer and will be stopping charges on my credit card as a last resort. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

    Didn't even sign up for this but got a package AND they charged my card. I'm a pretty rough guy that certainly doesn't wear womens clothing nor would they even fit my wife with sizes that arrived. Tried to work with them on getting merchandise back but they want to give store credit for FRAUD - they don't understand the language or don't care, or both. Disputed with card issuer - card issuer told me they "hid" their phone number in their profile that banks have access to. Not surprised by looking at the complaints. Hope this helps someone from making a mistake.

    ANOTHER CHINESE SCAM!! Do not order anything from this fraudulent company. They are pretending to be an ******** company. What you see is not you get. You get an extremely cheap version and not true to size. The dress I ordered was waaay too small. I wear a xl but it looked like a small. The material was soooo thin and see thru. Spent 60$ and the dress probably cost 9.99$ to make. You cannot reach company by phone, only emails. **** BEWARE!
