    My water line to my ice maker had a large leak which caused water damage to my kitchen floor. My insurance company gave me the contact information for Nevada ***************************** Restoration. I first contacted and talked Garret (Project Manager) and he outlined what they would do. Next **** came over with a crew and installed the various equipment to perform the work. Finally **** came over each day to make sure everything was working properly and had a crew today to remove everything. Everyone that I have mentioned could not have been more courteous and professional to my problem. Hopefully I will not have to contact them again.**** *. September *******

    This company was exceptionally responsive when a leaking interior water valve damaged my home. ***** assessed the damage with a few hours and interacted with my insurance company directly. ****** and crew efficiently isolated the damaged area and protected the rest of my home from the dust caused by the remediation process. Once the drying equipment was in place, **** and crew came regularly to make sure it was all working as needed. Every person was polite, knowledgeable, and reassuring. These are the people you want helping you when your home needs water or fire restoration.

    Nv Water and Fire are extremely professional and competent. They have a program that they followed, but they were willing to adapt to our needs and desires. We had an explosion and fire underneath the house which is a very difficult place to work, they did great. In addition, they cleaned all of the furniture that was salvageable, all of the walls and ceilings, cabinets, etc. They got underneath the house and removed the insulation, and they sprayed all of the affected beams. They got rid of all of the soot and we could no longer smell the smoke. In addition, they were very amiable and just fun to work with. Always professional and thorough. Hopefully we won't need them again, but they would be one of our first calls.

    The company reached out to me promptly despite the holiday weekend. When they arrived ***** explained the whole process to us. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and was always prompt in responding to our questions. The entire team was kind and professional. They are amazing to work with and its unfortunate we had to go through this, but the team at Nevada water and fire restoration really made this a smooth process and ease the stress of what we are going through. Highly would recommend them to anyone!

    We contacted Nevada Water and Fire Restoration after a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. We had service from this company within half an hour of our initial call. ********************* was the project manager for us and went above and beyond his scope of work to ensure our incident was met with proper water mitigation. ************** did a wonderful job communicating with our insurance adjuster and referencing policies and procedures that must be held in order for proper water mitigation to be completed, which our adjuster initially postponed 12 days. ************** was available during business hours as well as after business hours to help us through this stressful process. We could not be any happier we chose this company, and if there are future issues while owning our home, we will definitely use this company once again.

    This is the second time Ive had a pipe burst at my house, and the second time Ive called Nevada Water and Fire Restoration. I was very impressed with their process and the results last time so they set a high standard i figured only they would be able to live up to.******************* has been really great to work with. I had extensive water and mold remediation needs, and Ive been very thankful for his experience and leadership with his team. The knowledge on all the aspects of how this damage can effect my home, and how to move forward is very informative. As a subject matter expert his dedication and hard work have really put my mind at ease as we face this. I have really appreciated his thorough and insightful communication throughout the process so i know whats going on and how its saving my property! I would recommend Nevada Water and Fire Restoration to anyone who wanted the job done right!10/10 the best option you can go with!
