      Very UNprofessional, extremely rude and generally greasy!!!I paid $49.00 for their unlocking service & gave them the info that was required to unlock my phone at the time of purchase.After I paid, they emailed me & asked what mobile network I planned on using after my phone was unlocked & build number, & the security patch level on my phone. They wanted a screenshot of them, both in the same shot. They also wanted me to type out these numbers for them as well.It didnt feel legitimate to me so, I told them I didnt feel comfortable giving them this extra info & asked for a refund. They did give me my refund, but not before sending me a rude email back.THIS IS THE ***** THEY SENT BACK TO ME:Oh i'm sorry you know what a phone unlocking company needs. For the **** different carriers around the world, and how it's unlocked, where it's from, what network it goes through, what towers it uses, if it's unlocked via code/remotely/app/through the computer, etc. your extensive knowledge of the unlocking world is obviously much more than my 17 years experience basically creating it. Thank you for the heads up, refunding.Sincerely, TUC FamilyNeedless to say Ill never recommend them or use them ever again.

      Hello ******, you ordered a unlock code, we asked for the build number and the security patch date to make sure it was able to be unlocked. you did not feel comfortalbe providing us that informaiton so it could be unlocked. And yes the new carrier you plan to use can be very important as some carriers are not comaptible with some phones. We do apologize if our due dilegence was to much for you, but we would rather do the leg work upfront than deal with issues AFTER the phone is unlocked. Wish you the best of luck unlocking your device, i hope you are prepared to provide the required information with the next company you decide to go with

      I ordered a unlocking code for my S21 in early July They were pretty prompt and telling me that my code was stuck in the system they offered me to get the code from the additional $15 Which at the time I didn't have so I had to cancel I'm get a refund ..a little while later I asked for the service again when I got paid and finally they were able to message me back ..I paid the amount i needed and they told me 48 hours .. skip ahead 5 days no response have called multiple times they never answer there phone finally I get a email asking my info so they can look it up..after a few more days they get back to me saying as soon as it comes in I'll have it ..I said ok I kinda paid for the service u said 48 hrs and now there is more ..but i agreed ...another week had passed then I stated to reach out again took a little bit but finally I got a email saying delay in ******* were not sure when we will have it ..this is all they said .I said ok let me be patient but every other day for about 2 weeks I would message them to check up on things because i would get nothing no update nothing.. and when I did it always seemed like I was bugging them when I was being as nice as possible ..very short with me ...finally I sent another email and the guy seemed passed basically we will let u know stop emailing us in other words but pretty much ..then I said this is no way to do business and he told me well he could refund me until it. Came in I said okay 2 weeks later I messaged to see if maybe the code popped up and to my surprise I just got a we couldn't get it ..no explanation nothing no further instructions at all do i go to another service what even after asking no answer..not to mention I made a request that the original payment go to a specific card and they ignored it so I'm out the money and the code thanks alot!

      Hello *****, unforutnately this is a Global issue, and every where is having issues getting ******* unlock codes due to the release of yet another flagship. This has caused delays not only for unlocks to thrid party companies, but also carriers themselves. you ordered using 3 different cards, multiple names, and we sent receipts off and screenshots of the 3 failed transactions as well as all the completed charges,
