Purchased an extended warranty for my car from the above mentioned agency and they have been evasive since receiving my money. Phone is never answered and voicemail is always full. No calls are returned. I feel they are stalling until the 30 days are up and cancellation option is gone purchase date 6/22/22 contract was sent after several demands to see it. when it was sent for doucet sign it was sent with a 24hr. limit to sign and no text email making me aware it had been sent when I did see email document had expired and could not be signed. I have repeatedly called but no answer no way to leave message and no return call regarding the cancellation notice I sent to him on three different occasions. first on the one phone call we have ever had two by email.

In February, I purchased an extended warranty for my ***** ***** ****** from American First Auto Protect. However, I traded my ****** in for a new car in May. My contract with AFAP states I qualify for a prorated refund, although the confirmation of that wasn’t sent as promised. After a few weeks, and no refund in the mail, I called them. It took several calls before anyone picked up the phone (and the voicemail box is always full). On June 16th, I was informed by Theodore that my refund check would be in the mail and should have it no later then July 4th. I also received the confirmation email of the coming refund. It’s now July 18th, and no check ever arrived and no one answers the phone or emails. I have emailed Colin G**** (the salesman who sold me the warranty and who confirmed my refund via email), but he is not responding either.
