    Been waiting on my refund check from my auto warranty that I canceled 3 months after purchasing it, due to selling my car. Received a confirmation email at the time from “Billy G” stating he received the documents requested but over 45 days later and still no check. Attempted to call several times over the course of a week, but nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is full, so you can’t even leave a message. They also won’t respond to my emails. I’m beginning to think the company shut down and they made out with everyone’s money.

    I purchased a platinum plan extended warranty for my ***** ***** in October 2021 for $3543. I brought the car in for repairs in March - my trunk wouldn't close - and the entire claim was denied with no explanation, despite it being a repair that should be approved. Then in June 2022, the company charged my credit card an additional $1250 - a completely and totally unapproved charge. In July 2022, I once again needed repairs done on my car. The phone now rings and then takes you into an endless loop - either back to the main menu or to a billing department mailbox that is full. There is no email address for the company. The original charge of $3543 is too far past the date for a dispute to be filed on the credit card I paid with. Looking at the other complaints on the BBB site, it is clear I am not alone in my experience. I really wanted an extended warranty for my ***** ***** - as most companies do not cover this particular car. I am so disappointed and disheartened to know this was a scam. I am out nearly $5,000 from this company - and there is no one to contact at the company, because a human won't answer the phone. I have the original contract on another computer if you need to see it. I also have my credit card statements showing the charges if that helps as well.

    I purchased the platinum plan for my Audi which is 45,000 miles. They took my money and I needed a copy and she confirmed that was legitimate and I can’t get anybody on the phone I said an email to the guy that sold me the policy I even dial an extension for repairs and you can’t get anyone in for sales leave a message but you can’t leave a message. I’m going to have to call the attorney general and file a complaint. I don’t take things very lightly

    I was told I would get reimbursed for my rental I sent them the bill and never got a response for it

    I purchased a Platinum Coverage policy for $1952.00 on 09/12/21 and have not had to use it until yesterday 07/26/22. I have not been able to get through to ANYONE with the phone# ###-###-####, the mailbox is full and no one is replying to my email.

    In November of 2021 I purchased and extended auto warranty from American First Auto Protect. At the time they had good reviews.

    We attempted to leverage the service for the first time 7/2022. Our **** ***** dealer has not been able to get any response from them and they have not returned any of my calls/emails. Voicemail boxes are full, calls are cut off, and they are completely unreachable.

    We've paid for the repairs to car because we need our vehicle.

    I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle at American first auto protect company. A representative called me because I have been exploring my options for my 2018 ******* with manufacturing warranty running out at 50k I was at 48k. I found a bunch of companies but they called me back quickly and I thought they are a real company. The customer service representative took my money over the phone and 60 days later when my car had a water pump problem I took it to the shop and they shop couldn’t get a hold of them so I paid the shop out of pocket because this company is not real it’s a scam please help me because they’re phones are not working and they are not responding to emails. Please Help Me

    As of today 7/22/2022 I have not been able to reach American First. I have tried calling to cancel my policy and get a refund of my premiums due to the fact that I am having some of the same problems other customers have. I spent 780.00 on repairs on my car. I have the Silver Plan and they said this is not covered. What is the point of having this service when they give you excuses because they won't pay on the claims. I need a full refund of the premiums paid so far.

    I purchased an auto warranty on a used vehicle I purchased. I paid in full for the warranty return. I have attempted to contact the company by phone numerous times and the agents phone number has been disconnected. Ive called the business number numerous times and cant even leave a message as the voice mailbox is full. I have sent 2 emails with no reply and Im doubting the existence of the company. If I ever needed to use the warranty I would not be able to contact them. I suspect that I have been scammed and have researched extensively online as to the business and have found no credible information regarding the company
