  This company steals your products! I sent them a mint condition ****** ** *** *** and they sent me a check with insufficient funds. After contacting Feldon, the owner, he ignored my emails and calls.

  I had a deeply disappointing experience with NYC Phone Buyer, operated by Feldon R*******. After agreeing on a price for my ******, I sent it to them, only to receive a check that immediately bounced due to insufficient funds. When I reached out to resolve the issue, communication was difficult, and I was told it was a mistake that would be fixed promptly. However, after over three weeks of unreturned calls, emails, and texts, I have yet to receive any payment or further communication. This company has demonstrated dishonest practices and a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against doing business with them to avoid potential scams and theft.

  No stars deserved!! Do NOT do business with this company. I sent my phone 10/15/2024 and have not been paid to date. I have left multiple messages and no replies. I have refrained from leaving negative comments till now. They have not been responding to their phone numbers since 11/12/24. Be warned. Will change if I get paid out.

  I sent in 2 iPhones mid September for an offer of $307.98. I was made a lowball offer on 9/23 of $93.98, citing scratches and battery health issues. As my phones had no scratches and were charging to 100% battery, I requested proof. They only sent me proof of the battery health, stating it was not enough that the phones charged to 100%, and adding instructions on how to go into the iPhone settings to see what they are using to determine battery health status. These instructions should have been provided on the website beforehand but were not, so I felt like this was a bait and switch. Not wanting more hassle, I accepted their lowball offer on 9/30. After multiple emails, I was finally told a check for this amount was sent on 10/20. The check was returned by my bank for insufficient funds. After two phone calls and multiple emails, including twice sending proof that the bank returned the check and giving them my Venmo handle to pay me instead, I have still not been paid on 12/8. I have all emails to document this complaint.

  I sent two ******* and received an offer. I originally selected ***** as payment method. They said there was an issue with ***** and offered a check. I accepted and was issued a check. The check was returned for insufficient funds. I asked for the phones to be sent back and was told they couldn’t do that once an offer was made. They still have not issued or attempted to make the payment. Now they are not responding to email and it’s been over two weeks. This company is an absolute scam.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This website not only false advertises about its 30 day guarantee estimate. It gives nothing but headaches. I sent in a phone for trade in Oct ‘24 and it was 11-11-24 still not received my money. When on the site it states a fast turn around time. I had sent several emails regarding my payment to be responding to someone who no longer is an employee. Who also had access to a checking account for the business who should not have been able to send checks. The “owner” told me the account is restricted and would be sent back as NSF. I have reached out several more times since being told not to cash the check I received and to no avail. Horrible business. I have several emails providing proof with false information.

  They gave me a much lower offer once they receive my watch. They said something about it being a demo watch but when I asked for what that meant, I didn’t really get an answer As I have been using the watch and it was fully functional. That’s fine, I declined the offer. They asked for return label which I sent them. They were very responsive through this whole process and told me my watch was shipped back. It’s been multiple weeks and per the tracking the watch never shipped. I’ve sent two different emails with no response.

  Nah, don't sell your device to them.
  Originally they offered me a good price for a phone that I honestly rated (no technical issues, just a few tiny marks on case). They sent a revised offer for 1/2 of the original, just stared that their assessment "differed", no details. Asked for the phone back, after multiple emails it took them over a month to send it back, even after I provided them with a prepaid label. When I finally received it back, it had sticky residue all over it.
  Waste of my time..

  Looking through the reviews I see this is exactly what they do! Sent a year old tideless phone on. They came back with some excuse about rear camera
  quality. They were supposedly going to send me proof who h I never saw. They kept coming up with different excuses and they have now had my phone for over two months. They lowered my offer like it seems they do quite often. They wouldn’t answer any questions I asked and couldn’t keep their story straight as ti exactly what’s wrong. I would suggest you use another comping. They sre all competitive. Whoever ordeal was a huge disappointment
