    Terrible company, they sent me a label, which was insured they said, when they got it they said phone was damaged and they offered my 40 bucks after the original offer was 600, then after proving I shipped it mint condition they said you'll have to talk to the shipping company and they only insured it up to 100 dollars, if your in the business of buying and selling phones no phone is $100 these days and I don't know why you would only ensure up to 100 phones are well worth a thousand and it was negligent to only answer up to 100 and when I declined the 40 they offered me it took them over a month to ship it back

    Rating -3—DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They will send you a box to get your phone then change their mind about buying your phone and try to super low ball you on another price - then expect you to pay for the return. They are HORRIBLE at communicating and it is impossible to actually talk to someone live. TOTAL SCAM- dont send your phone to this company!!!

    This company is bait and switch. I sent in two FLAWLESS iphones to them, they came back saying the screens are damaged. They were both bubblewrapped and in their original boxes. No way that would have happened.
    Then they use that as an excuse to lower your quote by hundreds of dollars. I declined their new offer and yet they're going back and forth with me trying to get me to sale with them at the lower price.
    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    I sent my phone in offered over 100, they then said it had a scratch only offering a portion at $57. Now they say the bank has frozen their account and can only offer ****** or a check. Not sure what to do and believe I am getting scammed. I have documentation of all.

    Lied about my phone, said plastic was missing on the henge. The phone henge doesn't have plastic. Then tried to offer me 40% less. Scam. Avoid.

    This website is the most incompetent and non professional I have ever used. Stay away from this company. I saw all the reviews that said they devalued their tech and made the mistake of still sending them my phone. They tried to devalue mine but I refused their offer. So they tell me I have to pay for return shipping which is not how the professionals do things, return shipping is free with most legit sites. I paid for my own return shipping with insurance and signature requirement the very same day. It has been over a week and they still haven't sent my phone. They have responded to my emails with their favorite buzz word saying they are "streamlining" their returns which is why they didn't send my phone back when THEY said they would. Avoid these grifters at all costs. I still don't have my phone and they don't even have a phone number to reach customer service just some lame fraudulent emails that they use to lie to their costumers like cowards. 0 stars.

    Fair is fair, I could not find a way to modify my earlier review, so here is an update. The business owner reached out to me and explained his process and was then engaged enough to offer me a revised price that was fair.
