    Purchased a waterproof dog car seat bed. The item arrived, and it was not the quality advertised. Contacted business immediately. They requested photos to show the unsatisfactory quality of the product. They have neglected to honour the return policy as outlined on their website, it states that as a customer if you contacted them right away, and they receive the item back within of days of delivery, you will receive full refund on a return. I would simply like to return the unused item as it the quality of the item is faulty and unsatisfactory.

    I returned an order for a dog car seat and have not received a refund. This company is terrible and uses stalling tactics at every opportunity. It took multiple, and I do mean MULTIPLE email exchanges, answering lots of questions, sending photos, following up everyday until I was finally given a return shipping address. I paid for and sent the return package with tracking, and notified them when it arrived on 4/18. I received a response from funny fuzzy via email my refund would be processed. Still nothing. I have emailed multiple times and received odd responses including “my refund failed to process” so they will resubmit..I received another email on 4/26 that the refund was resubmitted and to “kindly check later”. That was 5 days ago. No response since then after notifying them yet again that my refund still has not processed. I have never dealt with a more terrible company

     I never received a response from the company after several more attempts to contact, however they did issue a refund without letting me know. While the issue was eventually resolved, their business practices remain unethical.

    I purchased a dog bed on February 6, 2023. First let me say that if I had known this company/item was located/coming from China, I definitely would not have purchased it at all. That being said, it took almost a month to arrive because of customs. When I finally received the item and opened it, it became immediately clear that this was of poor quality. I ordered a "large" bed for my 10lb adult dog. This bed would have barely fit a puppy. I emailed the company, on March 5, at the customer service address provided on the website. I explicitly stated in my initial email that I wanted to return the item and be issued a refund. The company has spent over a week utilizing delay tactics: asking me what kind of dog and its size, telling me to "restore" the bed by taking out the stuffing and slapping it, requesting pictures, so on and so on. Each time I respond, with the information request, I continue to reiterate that I want a refund and to please provide the next steps to return the item. Each response from them continues to ignore my request and I believe they will continue to stall until the return window closes and I am no longer able to return the item.

    When the custom contacted us about the bed, we suggested to send some pictures of the bed to check the issue to solve it for the customer. But the customer refused to send it at the begining. When we got the pictures, the bed looks almost same as the website. According to the customer, the bed is too small for his dog shih-poo weights 10 lb, however, the bed fits the dog upto 22 lb. Here is the measurement of the bed:length 31.4in, height 7in, width 23.6 in. And we also provide the address to return the package too but the customer never reply us or return the package.

    I ordered a dog "leaf" blanket from Funny Fuzzy. One in "Anthurium Pink" and one in green. I received the two blankets in late January 2023; however, the pink blanket was actually orange (NOTE: I have no issue with the green blanket). Thereafter, I sent an email to Funny Fuzzy through the company's web form inquiring about the wrong color I had received. I got a response on January 30, 2023 asking for photos of the blanket I received. I promptly responded back the next day with photos of the blanket under lightbulb/false light and in natural light. I received another respnse from this company saying the color issue was because of my lighting. They asked for me to take more photos. They said not to worry, that they willl solve it "with the best solution". I responded the same day and told them I would not waste further time taking photos of a blanket or disputing the color (its orange - everyone I show it to says so). I asked for a return/refund because the product was not represented as shown on their website (I was still within their return window). They didnt respond. I followed up via email on Feb 6, Feb 7, Feb 10, and Feb 14 requesting a return/refund. No reponse. All I asked for was a simple refund, now I'm left making a complaint due to the principle of the matter, which is the last thing I wanted to do.

    We got the e-mail from the customer. However, we didn't get ant reply from the customer when we replied to him. The color of the blanket is correct if the customer take a picture under the normal light. If the customer doesn't like the color, please reply our e-mail for the discussion.

    I bought a dog bed from Funny Fuzzy, the measurement was not as described. The day I opened the bed, I wrote an email to customer service asking for a return label and sent pictures of the bed + original packaging as they asked. Their response is “an exchange is certain.”

    I have received no other communication after trying for three days to know where to return the bed to. This is a scam business and will not answer the phone.

    I purchased a dog bed from this company, and upon receiving it was smaller than the measurements (I ordered a large for my medium sized 30lb dog who likes to stretch out and she wouldn't even fit in it curled up) and poor quality for the price. I immediately reached out to return, and every attempt that has been made to communicate I would simply like to return has been met with ridiculous requests for photos and descriptions of why I found the quality to be poor for the price (the dog bed is thin, lacking cushioning, the fabric is thin and will most certainly easily rip, I have found better dog beds for cheaper at Walmart, but this bed was $80). They have done everything they can to avoid giving me the return process information. I even said I would take a refund and donate the bed. I unfortunately did not look into the company until this point, but they are clearly a scam as they have done this to others: ************************************************* They should not be operating as a business, delivering poor quality overpriced product and using predatory tactics to avoid responsibility.

    We mentioned the bed size at the description and the customer should choose the dog bed size according to the dog's measurement instead of dog's weight. When we got the e-mail from the customer that the bed is too small for his dog, we suggested to exchange for a larger size bed. However, the customer wanted to return the item, so we suggest the customer to take some pictures of the bed to check if the items is in good conditions first. We really want to solve the issue for the customer, but we need his cooperation too.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attempted to ask for return information repeatedly prior to this, and the reason I do not accept the request for photos is because they seem to be delaying a return purposefully, and I have never encountered any business requiring photos for a return unless damage has been stated, and do not trust that sending photos would lead to a smooth return process. It feels like a tactic to delay the process, and not a good faith request to make sure the object hasn’t been used. I do not trust this company, especially after reading reviews online of customers saying they were told to jump through similar hoops, accounts of times the company did not allow a return as it was outside the return window, and times the company completely ghosted during a return process (link provided in initial complaint). I would not be surprised if they intended to pull this “time window” with me after requesting photos over and over with days between response times. When I received the item, it was vacuum packed. I had to go through great effort to roll the dog bed back into the tight packaging, and if the return had gone smoothly I would have had to provide my own packaging because there was no way to salvage the original outer envelope (I have attached an image of how the bed arrived packaged). The bed has not been used, I emailed for a return immediately upon receiving it (same day) and it has been sitting in the packaging I wrestled it into since. I do not trust that if a return had successfully went through, that I would’ve received a refund. I have never dealt with a company who cannot handle a simple return process, and who demand reasons for said return or photos.At this point, I am assuming I have waisted $80 and am not interested in spending more money on shipping a return (as they do not cover return shipping). It should just be known that this company is a scam, do not care about delivering quality products, and do not care about providing reasonable service. I will not be gaslit into believing I am not cooperating. I asked multiple times to please start a return and tell me how to return the item as I did not want it, it was not the size advertised and the quality was not at all worth the price paid. I should not have to photograph myself measuring a product I do not want because they do not want to accept that I found their product to be sub-par and falsely advertised.Additionally, their claim that they say to order based on dog size and not weight is false. No where on the size chart or product listing does it say to do this. However, I still ordered a larger size than my dog actually is, and it was still too small, so this is a moot point anyway and just a false claim (attaching photos of listing to show, but again it’s a moot point). Regards,******* *********

    On 1/27/2023 I purchased a Dog Car seat bed (order #ff44790s), for $79.99. When I did not receive the bed I reached out to them ..they told me to contact the shipper directly. I did.. the shipper said they could not locate the item. Tracking # ****************  I asked them to cancel the order and refund me because I purchased the bed elsewhere. They refuse .. I keep going back and forth with them. I still have not received the bed. Please help me get my money back. Thank you. ***** *****

    I purchased a dog bed for $115. It arrived and I could see it was a low quality item. I contacted the company to ask how to proceed with a return. Their return policy on the website says you have 30 days from date of delivery to return merchandise. I never got a response and followed up 3 times, on the third attempt they responded but did not advise how to return. I have since reached out another 3 times with no response. They have no phone number listed on the website.

    In our e-mail record, we didn't got the the cancellation e-mail from the customer. His e-mail may not send out because of Interestnet. So the package was sent out as schedule. We explained it to the customer too. And if he don't want the item, he should refuse the package and let it return. However, the customer signed the package and used the item. After he used it for times, he wanted to use it for days. Firstly, the returned warranty at the wesbite is 14 days after delivered, instead of 30 days as the customer said. Second, if the quality of the item is not good, the customer shouldn't keep using it. At the website, we mentioned at the return policy that  all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds.  Here are some screenshost about the return policy.

    I never received the item I ordered and the company would not take any responsibility for the lost item. I checked with my neighbors and post office (the company asked me to do this) and no one had seen the item. Rather than replace the item Funny Fuzzy just ignored my emails! Very sad because the item was one I can’t find someplace else.

    Purchased an item from them and when it showed up it was either defective or a scam. It's a car seat for pets. It is extremely poor quality and lacks enough filling/stuffing to hold up the sides. The sides cave in and over the pet. The inside cushion has almost zero filling and is way too small so there is a large gap around all sides of the lower cushion. A dog could potentially suffocate if it got stuck in this trench considering all four sides are caving in over the pet. I contacted them the day the item was recieved asking for a return authorizer, per their website. Their return policy states the return must be initiated within 14 days. We have exchanged 10 emails already and are not closer to a return. They insist it will "fluff" up eventually. There is no way this is possible. They have now quit responding to me when I emailed them a copy of their return policy. The total for my purchase was around $72. If I lose out on this, fine. But I purchased this specifically after reviewing their return policy and think it should be honored, especially because the item is obviously defective and unsafe.
