    This company is horrible! The car seat was cheap and looked nothing like the photos online. I have been trying to get a hold of them for days for a return and they don't respond. I think this company is a scam.

    I received two dog vehicle beds. I didn’t need either. I contacted the company within the 14 day return window. They refuse to provide return information, and just stall by asking repetitive questions that have already been answered or asking for photos that have already been sent. Ive sent 5 emails with photos and an explanation why as to the return. Yet, nothing. I’m disputing with my cc.

    I made a purchase from this website on the 5th of June 2023 to which there was an issue with the delivery company delivering the package, so it was then returned to Funnyfuzzy without notifying me so I contacted Funnyfuzzy regarding this and they said they would resend the package however they have not done this and have since been ignoring all my attempts of contact to get an update and requesting a refund as they haven’t provided the item I purchased. They have taken 79.99USD (118.19AUD) from me and not provided the item I purchased in return and are ignoring my request for refund. The order is ********* I just want my money back.

    This company has charged my credit card and has not sent my purchase for $174.41. They do not answer to a phone call or won’t let me email them because they said I need an order number which they have never sent it to me. I want a full refund.

    I placed an oder for the "travel bolster safety medium large dog car back seat bed" on May 22nd. The company took a payment of 164.06. The goods that were delivered (much later than the express shipping that I paid for- 12 days after) and were not what was specified when I ordered. The item was very cheap, with fabric pulls and visible tears in the fabric. When I reached out the same day it was delivered to request a return and refund they responded with the following:

    I purchased a car seat dog carrier from them. When it was received, I was unhappy with the quality as the cushion inserts were not filled, and the seat was too small for my dog. I immediately reached out to them to request return instructions and a refund since their website advertises a 14-day return policy. They were unresponsive at first, but after persistence they finally emailed me back. They first asked me to send pictures of the item to ensure it was unused and not damaged, which I obliged. They finally then provided me return instructions, which I followed precisely. They have had my returned item in their possession since June 28th, yet I have not heard anything more from them. They are not responding to my messages and I have yet to receive a refund.

    Product received is not as advertised. The material and condition of the dog bed are poor; flimsy and useless.

    I bought a dog bed, which was nothing as advertised so I wanted to send it back. I sent it back and have not heard one word about it since. I just want a refund, that's all. I did all of the things they told me to in order to get said refund of $154.96

    I purchased a large dog bed and upon arrival was shocked at the condition and quality. Shipping took over a month and when it did arrive it was not even close to what was described. I immediately reached out to customer service who said "not to worry they would take care of the issue" and requested I send pictures. I did so and thus began a back and forth exchange where they continuously tried to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase (not going to happen) instead. I have replied now 3 or 4 times stating that is unacceptable and that at this point they are holding my money unethically. The only appropriate and ethical response at this point is a full refund and a pre-paid shipping label to send back the product they sent me. This has been a terrible customer service experience and for a very expensive product that probably cost pennies of what I paid based on the quality. My expectation is a full refund at this point.

    Bought Funny fuzzy trunk bed from my dogs on 05/06
    It arrived on 05/23 and the same day I filed for return through email to customer service as the product does not fit the description. Their return policy says 14 days from the date of delivery. I have t received a response yet after contacting multiple times for a shipping label or next steps.
