After taking over a month to receive, Item arrived damaged with broken zipper that looks to be flimsy to begin with. Website states "hassle free" returns within 30 days. I have repeatedly emailed them and they keep asking the same questions which have repeatedly been answered refusing to provide a return address. There is an obvious avoidance and refusal of return. Their website does not provide a return address and no phone number is provided to call them. It has now been several weeks with no response of address to return the item.Initial Complaint

I paid for a dog bed and cover. The dog bed never arrived. Customer Service said that they were going to send another one and now will not answer me and there is no phonenumber to call anyone. I pray for this item and do not have it.Initial Complaint

I bought a product from FunnyFuzzy and found the quality below my expectations. I received the product January 23, 2025 and immediately contacted them to return it for a refund. Their first email back offered 20% back to which I asked for a return address. Their second email offered me 40% back to which I asked for a return address. The next email told me I would be responsible for return shipping to which I said ok just send me the address. We have had 34 emails between us at this point and I keep getting a message that they are working on it to which I always email back that all I want is to return the product and all they have to do is send me an address. About halfway through our email communications, they sent me an email that they had lost all of our communication in a freak technological accident and I would have to start the whole process over. All I want is my money back. I will send this product back and pay return shipping. I am keeping all of the emails and will be happy to share if I need to.Initial Complaint

On Jan 22nd I ordered a chenille cover from Funny Fuzzy. Total with shipping was 38.49. Never received the item. I reached out to seller. I emailed them 9 times, followed every request/requirement they asked of me including photos. Never got a response for refund or my item. I tried going thru ******* ****** reached out to funny fuzzy. Company said if I closed my case they'd refund me. They haven't and continue to push back or respond with a refund. It's fraud!Initial Complaint

Site says 30 day returns. I placed my initial order 11/10 and rcv'd products 11/26. Upon arrival I realized the bed I ordered was too small so I placed an order for the next size up on 11/30. Also in the original order was an area rug; the area rug came rolled up in tape. When I started unrolling the carpet the tape took off the bottom layer of the rug. On 12/01, I contacted customer support to begin a return for the smaller bed and damaged rug. I sent another email 12/04 as I had not heard back from anyone. On 12/4 I rcv'd a response requesting pics of both products; pics were submitted 12/11. On 12/15 I emailed again inquiring about rtrn label. I rcv'd email 12/18 offering 20% rfnd w/o returning items. I declined this offer on 12/20 and again asked for rtrn label. 12/23 I was offered 40% w/o returning items. on 12/26 I declined this offer and again asked for rtrn label. 12/29 rcvd email saying I would be hearing back from someone w/in 72 hrs; I did not. On 01/06 I again emailed requesting rtrn label. I rcv'd email 01/07 stating I would hear back w/in 72 hrs; I did not. Emailed again 01/08 expressing my frustrations; rcv'd response 1/13 that the team was actively working on the case. I again expressed my frustration (with the whole experience) and asked that they provide a rtrn label. 1/16 I rcv'd yet another email that the team was actively working on case; I again requested a rtrn label. Following this email I rcv'd details for return process; informing me that I would be responsible for covering shipping cost. On 1/18 I responded that there rtrn policy covers damaged items and I should NOT be covering cost and would be filing w/BBB....I have not rcv'd another response since. I ordered 4 mats for my couch which were delivered on 1/18/25; when I realized they didn't fit the space, I contacted them and they said to keep the mats for 20 % refund; then 40% refund in our next exchange; I want the full amount refunded $114 and I'll pay the shipping; they quit responding to my request for a return address label last week (1/28/25).All I want at this point is an address for return of the items.Initial Complaint

The order for a small dog bed and bed cover and an extra large dog bed and bed cover was placed back in first of December. I received the small bed and cover and very pleased with it. The issue is with the extra large dog bed and cover. The shipping time took almost two months, then when it finally arrived, it was not an extra large dog bed. Half of my golden retriever’s body would not fit in it… I promptly email led the company to get a shipping address for me to mail it back and requested a refund. First they told me to send pictures, then the next day they said it’s an issue to mail it ba k so they offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the bed. I do not need the bed at this size and I don’t want to fool with this company any longer. Their ad is a beautiful website which all kinds of beds and a
Money back guarantee… but they will not give my money back. I looked the company up online and there’s hundreds of complaints that are exactly like mine. I ordered sofa covers from FunnyFuzzy.com on January 9, 2025 for the total cost of $277. 98. I received the product on January 19, 2025. Upon receiving the package I opened and took a look at a few of the sofa covers as they came in several pieces. The sofa covers were of poor quality, very stiff, not comfortable and clearly not something I could use on my sofas. I contacted FunnyFuzzy customer support that evening via email to inform them I wanted to return the product as it's not something that I could use due to the poor quality. The company requested photos of the product which I sent. They then offered for me to keep the product and get a reduced percentage of my money back. I refused this offer as I will not be able to use the product as noted above. The company has not responded to my request for return and seems to just be ignoring me in order for the 30-day window for return (per their policy on their website) to run down. If you look at the description, it says large. But in smaller print it says medium. As soon as I received it, I sent an email regarding an exchange. The business responded by saying they would be reaching out with more information, but it’s been almost 2 months and I have not received anything to return or exchange this product. I purchase some items from Funny Fuzzy on December 14 and 26, 2024 and January 2, 2025. The amount of money I paid was $437.41. The business was committed to provide me with a 60 day return policy however they have not abided by their company's return policy. I was told to email them at "[email protected]" to get the address of where to send the items back to and I did on December 25, they replied that I needed to send pictures of the package and items of which I did. In the email it stated they would get back to me in 24 hours of which they did not. I emailed them again to tell them that I had ordered a replacement for one of the items because I really liked the pattern also that I'm willing to keep one of the items if they send the missing parts and they replied the same but this time stating "We’ve escalated your matter to our support team for further assistance and resolution.
They are reviewing your case, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an update." They asked me again to send pictures of which I did. So I waited this has been going on since December 25, 2024. I have sent several emails and continue to get the same reply. The business seems as if they are trying yet I feel they are buying time until the return window closes. They continue to refuse to send me the address where I can return the items.
