    Yes. FunnyFuzzy sent us the wrong product, a size or two too small. We asked for an exchange or refund. They refused. Then they tried to barter with us on percentage refund and finally agreed to refund if we paid for the shipping for the wrong product they sent us. Finally, they came back and tried to pretend they sent us the correct item as one last ditch effort, and that they would do an exchange (at this point we ordered the same product from a different company and it fit like a glove on our couch, where Funny Fuzzy sent us a single or double version of the sofa size we ordered and paid for). At this point I bid them farewell.

    I would leave zero but that is not an option so I give them a one. The one star is completely unearned. An order I placed almost 10 days ago still has no information about a ship date, a backorder, ETA/ETD, absolutely nothing.
    When emailing for information, I received no response. When I threatened to cancel, I received a reply only verifying that I wanted to cancel. No attempt to provide the information I actually wanted: When is my product going to ship?
    Stay away unless you enjoy being gaslit.

    I purchased a faux leather dog bed from this company for my car. It ripped within five uses. Tried to return it within the warranty period - they have not honoured the warranty. They have stopped responding to my requests.

    Purchased an item. Materials were horrible quality and nothing like what pictures and videos showed. Company notes 30 day guarantee but no one responds to email to process return

    Do not buy. Their products don’t do anything it claims. And then they tell you that their product is not defective and they will not pay for return shipping, which is so expensive. Absolute scam and a horrible, horrible company.

    Cheap product very poor product!
    Opened a dispute and still not responding to any email.
    I asked them to cancel the order and still send it now i wanted to ship it back and get a refund they are completely ignoring me. Offered me 40% discount i said no and now they are just ignoring me its been 3 weeks! $350 carpet nothing like what is on their website! becareful buying here.

    I had a similar situation. They will not return my emails and then keep offering me discount - 20 and then 40 off. I contacted my bank and told them; they now have provided a location but no idea if its legit place or not and whether I will get my $$ back. Total scam. I agree.

    Total Scam. Ordered 2 dog beds on October 8th and apparently they ship from China. However the tracking says departing Country origin since Oct 10th and nobody at the company responds to inquires.

    DO NOT BUY anything from this company. I have tried to start the return process for several days and have not received any response from the company. Total scam.

    I purchased a product and wanted to return right away since it did not fit my couch and the only response I received was discount to keep it. They refuse to give me return address and now I’m scared to return it because others complained they never even received their product at all!! Do not buy from this company ever!!!
