    I received the product and it was not as it appeared when I ordered it…..it is too small for my couch.
    I emailed to start the process of returning the covers the day I received the product. (They indicated on line that you must go through email to start the return process.)
    I am getting no answer to my emails and the only phone number I found for the business, either belongs to some other company, or they are pretending to be another company.
    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…..ITS LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!

    I saw an ad on Facebook for pet products offered by Funny Fuzzy. On 8/14/24, I went to the Funny Fuzzy website to place an order for a car dog bed. In the middle of placing the order, I received a PayPal pop up text asking me to confirm my information for the purchase. I entered the PayPal code in the Funny Fuzzy purchase section. My credit card was immediately charged; the transaction never showed up on my PayPal account and PayPal said they did not send me a text verification. I never received an email confirmation for my order, just other sales emails, from @funnyfuzzy.com, suggesting more products for purchase. I tried to contact the company today via email, phone (company is allegedly in NY but # ties to Los Angeles, CA) and Facebook messenger to no avail. I am asking my credit card company to dispute the charge and await those results. I should have looked here first, to read these reviews, before ever trying to make a purchase. Disgusting and shame on you Facebook.

    This company is not legitimate. I am positive that it is a scam. I think the company use to be better, but the items were horrible and broken. I thought items were coming from New York. All items were shipped from China. I have not been able to talk to a person about returning. All responses seem to be a BOT. No person to talk to. They keep offering 20% refund and then 40% refund. All responses are at 2:00am. I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card.

    Funny Fuzzy is a total scam **** a terrible experience with a store I purchased couch covers from. I spent over $300 on covers for my 3-seater anseat, but when they arrived, they were the wrong size and a different colour shade than shown on the website. I contacted the store right away to return the covers, but they only offered to refund 20% of the purchase price, citing that I was returning them
    without cause. Additionally, the quality of the covers is poor. The fabric is too heavy and leaves behind a lot of threads. Overall, I found the whole experience to be a scam. Please never buy anything from Funnyfuzzy as they are complete scams and I was scammed and lost $378 for nothing

    They are giving me the runaround to do a return. I keep asking for the return address and they keep asking for pictures of what I am trying to return (even though I have already sent the pictures they asked for). Now I am out their 14-day return window. They really need some repercussions for scamming people this way.

    Worst go-around ever trying to get a credit for a purchase. Never buy from this company. They lie and do not honor return policy. They try to get you to buy something else. Even after they have received the merchandise back. I never even opened the package when received thru post - I found a different product after purchased from Fuzzy and immediately requested return and credit when received it. Followed their instructions to mail back, sent copy of tracking information and photos. They said the “****** transaction isn’t working to credit my account”! Blaming it on ******! They are awful!!! $149 gone!

    Same exact problem as the others have had. They keep coming up in my ******** feed and I try to comment to warn everybody not to buy it. I would love to start a class action suit against them..

    I too am having a difficult time in requesting A refund. Every email starts with they are looking into the issue. Please send pictures ….. now they’re asking for a barcode number. It’s been two weeks now and I’ve gotten nowhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! It’s totally ridiculous!
    Do not order from this company
    My regret is not reading these reviews prior to placing my order??

    This company is a joke. I ordered a dog bed and the quality was so poor I asked to return it. I had to send pictures, which I did. They said it would cost too much to return so they'd give me a discount. I agreed to it unfortunately. As soon as I went to wash the cover the zipper broke and proved how bad the quality is. I sent them pictures and asked for the full refund. They said basically it's too late, you already agreed to that discount. Even though now, it was clearly damaged. Do NOT order from the. The site looks cute. They have no customer service and the return policy is the worst.
