    Can't believe I ordered something without checking up on this company. At least, I received it but it is a dog bed and the quality is not as described. The outside is nice but the stuffing is a cheap pillow that I will replace. Should've been suspicious that all reviews are glowing. They did not print my negative review. You cannot contact them! And they besiege your email account constantly with ads that you can't unsubscribe from.

    The product is very cheaply made not what was advertised tried to get a return label for over a week NO customer service.Need a refund!

    I would NEVER order from this company again. The dog bed I ordered arrived and was way smaller than advertised. I sent email to start a return ASAP (within the return timeframe). I was then asked if I would like to exchange, a day later. I responded with no, I would like to proceed with a refund.
    I then receive an email stating I need to send a picture of the item so the condition can be reviewed. MIND YOU...this is a brand new product. I sent back the picture, as requested and asked to have refund started ASAP. Still have yet to hear a word. This should not be an issue and with any other reputable company, your refund would have already been started.
    I also am still waiting on the dog car seat, ordered with this same dog bed. No update, follow up. Can't wait to see if I even receive this item. I advise and caution anyone to order from this site. HORRIBLE!

    Poor quality product, high prices. Customer support almost non-existent. Ignore complaints & keep asking you to jump through hoops. If I could give them a zero, I would.

    Horrible customer service. I have bought 2 sets of sofa covers. The first had a pile and did fairly well. The second started to developed pulls within a month. I wrote to complain and was told sorry but their warranty is 14 DAYS! I wrote within a month.
    Proceed with caution. Cheep quality.
    I also ordered a dogs bed, I havent received it yet but I'm not optimistic

    This is a horrible scam. The items seen online are nothing like what arrives at your door. Trying to get the product returned takes ages and they pull all sorts of stunts - eventually saying you need to return the product (you pay for shipping return) in the original 'vacuum sealed from China' in their yellow funny fuzzy tape. So disappointed as I ordered 4 beds from them and spend also $400.

    What you see on the photos from the website are not what shows up at your house.

    Trying to deal with customer service is a joke and they push you around asking for photos and selling you 'ita vacuum sealed so you just need to give it a good slap'. I've never heard customer service say - give the product a slap before. Like what?

    And, they want it returned in the of packaging from China...that you have to cut off because it's vacuum sealed (remind you I ordered 4 beds, only unwrapped on and they kept trying to get me to unwrap the others- rendering them not returnable based on their standards?)

    This company is horrible and makes you never want to buy anything online!

    This company is a scam. I bought two Dog beds in size 2x. The two they sent were maybe a medium. I opened one package and the other is still in their original packaging. I promptly asked for a refund. They came back with a demand to see the package. I reluctantly obliged. Then they asked if I wanted to exchange. I said no and that I wanted a refund. They came back with that they need to further investigate and make a decision. This is a total scam. They got $195 out of me. I am very disappointed I was scammed this badly.

    I bought the Warming 2-in-1 Arched Semi-Enclosed Cat Cave. The quality is very bad and the seller doesn't want to initiate any return. Never again. Don't recommend to anyone.

    No refund during more than 2 month. Avoid shopping with this company.This is fraud.

    Wretched company. Impossible to reach a person. They say you can request a refund but they clearly have no intention of ever doing so. No one should buy anything from this dealer because there is no support.
