    I ordered a dog bed that was NOTHING like what their website promotes, the quality was so cheap, you have to put the bed together, it comes in parts, not full stuffing at all... I immediately requested a return, they wouldn't respond, then when they finally did, wanted to know why I wanted to return, gave them all my reasons along with photos. It them took them another week to respond, saying I needed to ship in original packaging. They send you the bed shrinkwrapped and you have to cut open the pkg to get the product out and there is no way it will fit in it again. I sent photos asking if I could send back in a box, again week delay to respond... then the address they said to send it too, wasn't valid at a UPS drop off.. I got my credit card company involved to try to help, all that did was get the vendor to reject our claims. Their email now doesn't work...
    This is a FRAUD of a company. Shut them down so no more consumers loose $$$ on fraudulent products.

    I ordered two matching products from Funny Fuzzy, and several days later received an email stating that one of the two products I ordered wasn't available. They asked if I wanted to replace it with a completely different item. I said no, and that since my two items were intended to match, I would like to cancel the order.
    They did not ship me anything, but they did not refund my money. I warned them that I would be filing a charge dispute with my credit card and did so. They told my credit card they had shipped the product on a date that pre-dated their "product unavailable" email to me. The dispute took months to resolve.

    I’d give them zero stars if that was an option. They DO NOT honor their return or refund policies. They DO NOT produce quality products. They DO NOT answer emails. They put out tons of advertising on socials but remove your posts if you make any negative comment. Do not recommend making any purchase from them or if you do be willing to lose your money to them.

    i have been emailing them for ONE YEAR about an XL dog bed that came and was not extra large. it was junk and they are not responsive and pretend each time that they dont know what i'm talkign about. this company should not be allowed to be in business.

    Dog Ramp is a piece of garbage. Arrives not inflated rolled up in cellophane. Asked for a return. My first 7 requests were ignored. I finally received very explicit return instructions with all kinds of warnings. Since the piece of garbage was now inflated, the cost to ship it back is prohibitive. STICK WITH *****!

    I ordered a dog blanket on December 6, 2023. In tracking the item, it allegedly has been here in town for two days and I still don’t have the order as of December 16. There is no way to reach these people by phone. Lesson learned – I should have read all the reviews prior to ordering. Have emailed and waiting to see if there’s a response. I’m wanting an immediate refund at this point.

    I purchased 2 couch covers from here. Basically an overpriced throw blanket. Not good quality. I wanted to return one and they stopped responding to my emails. Do not waste your money

    I purchased a dog car seat from their website and upon receipt, found that it did not fit my vehicle. I contacted their online customer service dept. immediately to initiate the return and have received nothing but delays, and run-around. They have asked multiple times for me to explain the problem with the item, asked for pictures of the item to which I have complied. Now - nothing from them.
    This company may be scamming consumers or could just be inept - not sure which. I don't know what else to do to get my $100+ refund.

    I ordered several items from FunnyFuzzy. I actually liked a few of them items and three of the items I ordered needed to be returned. I emailed them within their 14 day return period. They didn't respond until my 4th email. They responded saying it was outside their return period. When I reminded them that the first 3 unreturned emails were within the time period they asked me to take pictures of the items I wanted to return. Odd request. But I complied and sent pictures of what I was returning. Since I did that they have stopped responding to my emails. It has now been about a month and about 15 emails......I won't be ordering from this company again.

    BUYER BEWARE: When I called my bank to dispute the charge after they did not issue a return, my bank representative said he had 8 calls about this company, one just a half hour before! Apparently with the same issue that I had... product arrives and is not accurate to photos, return is initiated, company gives the run around via email, then completely ghosts once the return is in process.
    I sent them the product back in perfect condition, and 30+ days still don't have a refund, nor communication from them.
