I want no further telephone contact from this company. They have called relentlessly. They have called relatives when there was no reason to do so. They are rude and condescending when you speak with them. Ms. G***** has called prior to 8 AM on one occasion and when I spoke to her supervisor, the supervisor tried to say it was impossible for that to happen with their dialer. The woman called and left a voicemail at 7:51 AM. I'm not sure this company is licensed to collect in the State of Arizona. They have attempted to withdraw from my bank 5 times in the past 4 days. I've already paid $2,316.08 on this to them. Total paid on the original amount of $2500.00 borrowed is $4,170.24 and they are showing I still owe almost $1,800.00. This needs to stop.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have received a delinquent Balance Credit account in our office on February 2nd, 2024, for Ms. ****’s. We sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed as Ms. ****’s. On February 20th, 2024, at approximately 4:32 pm EST Ms. ****’s called our office back and scheduled a payment plan. She informed us she was not able to pay the full balance and needed feasible payments. We were given a balance of $4083.90 and did go over that amount with Ms. ****’s. We do not attach any interest or fees to the accounts in our office. To help assist her on this account we agreed to hold the account at that amount and schedule 30 biweekly payments on her pay dates for $136.13 starting February 23rd, 2024. On October 18th, 2024, her payment had defaulted, and we spoke to her regarding the default. She stated that she didn’t have the money and there was nothing she could do. At that time, we told her since she invested a lot into this, we would make an exception this time to skip the payment and add it to the end. The contact number provided by Ms. ****’s was a Minnesota number in Central time zone and that is why it was contacted within that time frame. We then put an alert on the account that although her number is a Minnesota one the state, she lives in is Arizona which is Mountain time to make sure she is not called again before the timeline with the FDCPA guidelines. I see the payment plan once again defaulted though the next pay date November 1st, 2024. So, we once again attempted to reach out and figure out what was going on since we now have not received any payments since October 4th, 2024, on the account. We left messages and have not heard back at this time. The payments that are scheduled with our office are reattempted before being destroyed off file because a lot of people have deposits that can hit later that day. At this time though we have moved this account to Cease & Desist so there is no further contact made to Ms. ****’s.
If Ms. ****’s would like to finish handling the remaining balance of $1767.82, we can try to help assist in some way but would need her to reach out to us. Our office manager Madison’s extension is *** and she is welcome to reach out and directly speak to a member of management. If anyone has questions relative to this account, please feel free to contact our office at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,
Compliance DepartmentInitial Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,We have received a delinquent **** ***** account in our office on October 3rd, 2024, for Ms. ******. We sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed as Ms. ******. On October 24th, 2024, we attempted to contact Ms. ****** on the phone numbers listed on the account and we left voicemails. Ms. ****** herself listed a cell phone number of ###-###-#### and her work number of ###-###-#### on this loan application for contact. No personal information is ever given when leaving a message. We have to be in accordance with the FDCPA guidelines as well as Regulation F so what we can and cannot say is very specific. Ms. ****** is saying we have never attempted to contact her and the number she even put on this complaint is the number that was called. At approximately 11:29 am EST on October 24th, 2024 she should see a voicemail that was left if she would like to check. That was our first attempt at contact and then we move on to the other numbers provided on the account. At this time, I have updated the account and removed all contact numbers other than the direct cell phone listed. If this is something Ms. ****** would like to discuss she can give our office a call back and we can try to be of assistance. Sincerely, Compliance DepartmentInitial Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam, We have received a delinquent Balance Credit account in our office on June 4th, 2024, for Ms. ******. On July 2nd, 2024 we spoke to Ms. ****** regarding the account we had and she explained she was starting a new job and in a hardship currently. This company is harassing and utilizes illegal contact methods. They have contacted family members and threatened legal action including but not limited to “showing up at my work”, “serving me papers”, and “contacting my place of employment”. The representative “Miss G*****” gave details that were inaccurate, false, and a breach of privacy to a family member she contacted. I have recorded calls from said family member along with my own, which will be sent to the necessary entity to address their terrible and illegal practices. If legitimate, all further contact would be done by mail.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,I have received the response to this complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. We received a delinquent **** **** Loans account in our office on August 1st, 2024, for Mr. ******. At that time, we sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed on Mr. ******’ account. On September 4th, 2024, we attempted to leave a few voicemails to contact Mr. ****** regarding his delinquent account. The message that our representatives leave on voicemail is FCDPA and Regulation F compliant. At 12:16 pm EST on September 4th, 2024, someone called our office from the phone number ###-###-#### stating he was Mr. ******. When we attempted to verify that we had the correct Mr. ****** via social security number, the man hung up the phone. Minutes later at 12:25 pm EST a woman called our office from the phone number ###-###-#### which was the number listed for Mr. ******’ wife. When our representative asked who they were speaking with, the woman stated “***** ******”. Our representative stated that it appeared that we had just gotten a call from a male caller stating that he was ***** ****** and asked if she now is stating that she is ***** ****** on a monitored and recorded line. The female caller responded by stating “well that’s who you’re calling for, isn’t it?”. She then got hostile and said that her father-in-law had just called in and we disclosed personal information to him. We informed her that we did not disclose any information since the identity of the male caller was never verified. We explained that we now have multiple calls from people pretending to be the debtor and falsifying themselves on a recorded line. She stated that she was recording the call and that we are never to call them again. Mr. ******’ account was then immediately placed in a Cease & Desist status so no further contact will be made. Collections is a very scrutinized industry, and we take all complaints very seriously. We are very concerned regarding the complaints made against our company as our representatives never, under any circumstances, stated that paperwork will be “served” nor that someone will be showing up at Mr. ******’ place of employment, etc. Mr. ****** lives in the state of MS and our office is located in the state of NY. We ask that Mr. ****** retract the allegations made against our agency or we will seek legal counsel regarding this libelous act. As all of our calls are recorded, we are able to provide evidence that none of the allegations made are true. Should you have any questions relative to this situation, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at ###-###-#### Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST. Revenue Reporting Services has contacted several non-family members stating that I owe a debt and I need to contact them (violation of FDCPA s. 805(b)). I reached out at the number they left, requesting documentation be sent to me because I was not aware of owing any outstanding debts. I never received any such information (violation of FDCPA s. 809 (a)). I am greatly disturbed at the violation of my privacy by contacting people I have loosely associated with. I have already also filed a complaint with the financial regulation department in my state on RRS as they have violated collection laws. I don't not wish to be contacted by this company by telephone. They contact family, my employer and friends who have no knowledge of anything. If you’d like to contact me, only do so in writing. I am advising to no longer contact me by phone.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have received a delinquent ****** ***** ************** ********* **** account in our office on August 15th 2024, for Mr. ******. We sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed from Mr. ******. On August 29th, 2024, we attempted to contact Mr. ****** on the phone numbers we had listed on his account and we left voicemails. He contacted our office back later that afternoon and had stated he didn’t do this and planned to fight it. There was no validation of debt request put in nor were we asked to do a Cease & Desist on the account. If we were it would have immediately been done. At this time, I have emailed our Client for the validation of debt request and I have also notated the account with a Cease & Desist so there is no further contact made. When we receive the validation of debt request, we will forward that over to the email address we have on file which is **********************. I apologize for any frustration caused by the phone calls that were made but we were in no violation of the FDCPA with the voicemails that were left. If there are any further questions please feel free to contact our office and you can ask to speak to our Office Manager at extension *** or our Compliance Director at extension ***. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,I have received the response to this complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. We have received a delinquent Balance Credit account in our office on June 4th, 2024, for Mr. ********. We sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed from Mr. ********. On June 18th, 2024, Mr. ******** called our office to discuss the matter and said he was sick and out of work for a little bit, but he wants a payment plan to get back in good standing. Although the contracts usually show the balance due at this time, we did offer a long-term payment plan to help Mr. ******** out so the account could still get handled. On July 12th, 2024, he defaulted on a payment and then made a partial payment on July 15th, 2024, when speaking to an associate in our office. We once again put him back on a payment plan and then on August 23rd, 2024, he defaulted on the payment plan again. We attempted to reach out to Mr. ******** to attempt to resolve it but at this time it has been moved to a refusal to pay status so there will be no further contact. Should Mr. ******** wish to take care of this he is welcome to go on the online portal and use reference # ******** to make payment as long as the account is still in our office.Should you or Mr. ******** have any questions relative to the above-referenced ID, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at ###-###-#### Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST. On July 11, 2024 I was contacted by several family members some I don’t even have communication with and isn’t even related to me anymore from an old marriage. This matter has not only embarrassed me but it’s harassment. It’s illegal for a third party to inquire about a debt whom I don’t even know where it’s coming from nor do I feel comfortable giving my information over the phone due to the many scams and breaches that have took place. Please take this as a cease and desist. I will be sending another to the company directly along with getting representation from a lawyer if this matter continues. Please stop contacting me and those in my family and those who are no longer family. I see that you guys like to give second hand embarrassment and harassing people into acknowledging your company. Please have the original company contact me if there is a debt. But please again leave me alone.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,I have received the response to this complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. We have received a delinquent **** ***** account in our office on July 1st, 2024, for Ms. ******. We sent out a letter as well as an email to the mailing address and email listed from Ms. ******. After we didn’t receive any correspondence back, we attempted to contact Ms. ****** on the numbers we have in her account. I can assure you there was no contact relayed to any third party pertaining to the debt since we follow third party disclosure laws. It would have only been a message with our name and contact information to pass along. At this time, we have moved Ms. ****** account into a Cease & Desist status, so she doesn’t receive any further contact from anyone in our office. Should Ms. ****** want to handle this delinquent balance she can either call our office to make payment or if she’s not comfortable with that we offer options right on our website through our portal. Revenue Reporting Services 21 N 5th St. Suite 104 Allegany, NY 14706 Re: ******** Dear Revenue Reporting Services, I am responding to your contact about a debt you are attempting to collect. You contacted me by phone **********, on 6/3/2024. The only valid number for me. You have no right to contact random family members attempting to embarrass me with this matter. You have violated my privacy by contacting individuals and using illegal practices without even speaking to me directly. I will be sending this letter to your office and contacting a lawyer if this continues. You identified the debt as with RRS. Please have the original lender contact me. I will not do business with your company as the practices you use are illegal and discriminating. Please stop all communication with me and with this address about this debt. Please cease and desist immediately.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,I have received the response to this complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. We received a ***** * ** Account in our office on May 23rd, 2024 concerning Mr. *******. We have sent out documentation to his address as well as his email and it did show that the letters were opened. We then attempted to contact Mr. ******* and leave a few messages in hopes to be able to discuss this account with him. I apologize for the frustration but unfortunately due to third party disclosure laws we cannot disclose information to anyone other than him or his legal representative. Therefore, all messages that were left were simply generic voicemails asking for a message to be passed along with our direct information. Those are the guidelines we must follow according to the FDCPA. If we were to give out information on this account to anyone other than Mr. ******* regarding the debt, we would then be in violation. Nothing we have done was illegal. The account was also immediately moved to Cease & Desist upon receiving the request this morning via email. If this is something, however, that ****** would like to resolve we also have sent our information in the letters showing how to use our portal and make a direct payment, so he doesn’t have to contact our office if he wishes not to. Should you or Mr. ******* have any questions relative to the above referenced ID, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at ###-###-#### Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received the complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. We received this account in our office on May 1st, 2024. At that time, we had sent out a 30-day letter notice to the address on file as well as the email address given by Ms. ********. On May 15th, 2024 (one occasion) we attempted to reach out to Ms. ******** to discuss the matter in our office. Any numbers provided to us are under an adult’s name. You can’t have a cell phone in a minor’s name therefore that number would have been listed under Ms. ******** or another adult. There was a message left asking if Ms. ******** could contact our office back. We do apologize if someone has provided that phone number to a minor, but it is not shown as that in our database. When Ms. ******** contacted our office and informed us, we asked her to provide the number so that we could make sure it was removed on our end and she disconnected the call. If she does want to inform us of the contact number, we will be sure to remove it and update our records.
Should you or Ms. ******** have any questions relative to the above referenced ID, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at ************** Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST.

This company has been calling my family members, my place of work, and me several times a day. The one time I answered they asked me to provide my social security number, which I refused to do. They then said they were going to call my place of work’s HR department to get my social security number. Extremely inappropriate.
