5 starsEveryone on staff is most helpful, as well as very cheerful. My audiologist, Juliana R******, is very professional and patient. 5 starsThorough, polite staff; they showed me a detailed graph of my hearing loss and recommended a hearing aid, which I suspected would be the case, but they didn't pressure me at all, and I really appreciated that. Alyssa conducted my exam, discovered impacted earwax and took care of that, which I thought was just in the realm of a medical doctor. I recommend HES to anyone.Review fromBrenden
