      I even can gave them one star!!! I have no stars to give. Lumico life insurance has been completely uncooperative, and definitely not empathetic concerning my husband insurance policy. They lie to me that they will wired money to the account never happened! I call back and ask who is taking care of my claim - they refuse to game me a name . I ask to speak to one of my he examiner no one is even available and no one call me back. I will not Recomended this insurance to anyone.

      My mother got this insurance, she passed, unfortunately. As of now this place has " sent " 2 checks that never showed up and is about to " send " a third. We'll see how this goes. The second check was " sent" to an address that hasn't been used by myself or my deceased mother since I was ***** and I'm 37 now ?? I'm wondering how they would even have that address in their system.....I also asked about direct deposit beings there's so many issues with the check coming in the mail & was told no.I'm really hoping my senior mother wasn't scammed of her $ As of now we are living in a motel while waiting on this $ and I have a child myself.....I work but don't have enough for deposits & 1st last months rent....etc which I would have if this company would stop playing games

      This company is horrible! My spouse past in October a week from the contingency period. They've lost forms multiple times and there training means nothing. The company and anything they promote is slanderous, and fake. I'll also be going to my state office to file complaints, they care nothing of loved ones.

      Very Frustrating and Confusing place, my mother pass in October, after making a claim, they said she pass within two years of openining the policy, hence they gotta do a review, they requested documents from the hospital where my mom died, the doctor sends it, then they want it from the hospital, being what the doctor send has the parent name of the owners/donaters, ..Then they want affidavit, when we submit the affidavits, we were told that all that is needed was received, uploaded and the hospital has responded...We call back to get an update, only to hear that they are waiting on the affidavits..We let them know all those was sent and they acknowledge that it was received and that it was a mistake, but they didnt get a response from the hospital, so they are now going to upload them..We are now in the month of february and still in limbo, what if we couldnt afford to bury my mom and was relying on a payout from them..My brother pass three weeks after my mom, who was named a beneficiary, they say his share will have to go to his esatate, the wife started looking about it, then was told, she aint a beneficiary on policy so one of siblings has to get it, send her a notice to withdraw her claim, then all of a sudden they send her letter to call them so **** can proceed with claim, its over 4 months now and we have NO IDEA whats going on or about to go on...I DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

      Thew company told me I could make payments on certain dates and went back on their word and cancelled my life insurance policy after I paid hundreds of dollars in payments. They issued me a measly check and then cancelled it because they were going to work with me. They never worked with me, suspended my policy and are going to issue me another measly check.

      I have no stars to give. Lumico has been completely uncooperative, and definitely not empathetic concerning my loved ones insurance policy. They appear to be scammers, hang up In your ear and prolong policy payouts purposely. This has caused a great deal of grief, and as a result led to other family passing over grieving along with the additional stress that lumico has caused. The things that theyve done to my family is against the law. I know that my deceased loved one is NOT PLEASED, MY FAMILY IS DEFINITELY NOT!

      My dad passed away on July 22 theyre telling me on August 27 they sent the money to my bank and I never received it I gave this company and nothing formation approve I never received it and youre still not wanting to pay I do not recommend this company for life insurance because I give you a hard time

      The agent,(***********************) signed me up for insurance with the understanding that after the initial payment all others would be by personal check, but instead he continued to withdraw thru my debit card and the payments were to be on the 15th of the months. He withdrew on the first part of the month. I canceled on the 10th of July,but the company didn't repay me for the fraudulent withdrawals. I will post on the internet.

      Absolutely love Lumico! I originally had Mutual and could never get them on the phone. I switched to Lumico and they always pick up the phone immediately when I have a question. Such a relief!
