      I booked a car shipment from ********, ******* to *****, ** for $2,621. I dropped my car off on 5/26 without issues and received a notification on 06/02 that the shipment had left the port. I have passed the expected port arrival time. I have not received any additional notifications about delays. I have been attempting to call/contact for days now with no one picking up. My car is no longer listed in the web tracking system.

      *****, we are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty when contacting us and apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you. We understand that your vehicle is expected to become available for pickup at the port today but has not yet been released due to port delays which are common, for this reason we always advise that all dates are estimated and subject to change. Because the time between when a vehicle arrives at the port and when it becomes available can vary significantly, as experienced here, we cannot assign a carrier to transport your vehicle until it has been released and deemed available by the port. This has proven the most efficient way to prevent carrier cancellations. As soon as your vehicle is available, we will then notify you of its carrier assignment and provide you with updated delivery estimates. Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to clarify this situation and for your patience during this time.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that they are proceeding toward resolution. As I still do not have my vehicle, the matter is not resolved - but I will close this ticket and await delivery.
