Road Runner was great, accurate and timely. I was quoted $675 for a transport from ***** to *********** opted for the top load carry for $99 and paid a total of $766 (not sure how I got a discount) but no complaints here. ****** called and asked if I would prefer he pick up my vehicle on his way out since he had another pick up that was south of my city, it helped because I was behind on running my close out errands. ****** said he would be to me by 11am and at 10:57 he called to tell me he was outside. He told me I could expect my vehicle in 4 days, on January 2. At 7am on the 2nd he called to tell me he would see me in one hour. He dropped my vehicle off, and actually drove it to in front of the residence since his truck couldnt fit on the street. He told me I needed to inspect the vehicle, which I did. And everything was good. He waited for me to start it and drive it a bit and then he left. I HIGHLY recommend Road Runner auto transport. They were great to me! Very timely, very professional and affordable!V2 Logistics Corp.

1 starI called in Sept to move my car from ** to **. Quoted $1,175. Later received a solicitation for "additional insurance" for $395. Asked why I needed it. Was told it would cover "incidentals" not covered by their policy. I declined. 4 days prior to p/u, they called to change the date & press me to buy the extra insurance. I declined again. Then was told price for transport had gone up by $145 due to price of diesel fuel even though fuel had gone down by $1.50/gal since I booked. Reluctantly, I agreed to the $145 increase because didn't have time to book another carrier.The pickup inspection went well. Car was new with very few, very minor scratches. Was told my car would be hauled to carrier's yard (******** Transport) & transferred to a larger truck for transport to **. ETA 3 days. 2 days later, different driver called. Said he needed to deliver car that night. I asked how he got to ** so quick, said he had 2 drivers. Said he couldn't deliver my car until 11:00 PM so I told him to deliver it the next day. Said he had to deliver that night because my car was on very back & he had 2 more deliveries that night. Would call me later with an ETA.At 9 PM, he called to say he was an hour out but could not drop near my condo because his truck was too big. Would drop a mile away. At 10:30, I met him. Shocked to see my car was covered in mud. ****** claimed he had driven through construction sites and mud splattered on my car. Now 11 PM, foggy. He insisted he had 2 more drops to make. I used my camera flashlight after he claimed his flashlight was broken. I inspected the lower panels of my car & saw no damage so accepted car. After car wash, found 300+ dings in paint on *************** Rear ***************** broke. Driver had not secured strap on car above mine. Strap with metal tip had smacked into my car for hundreds of miles. $9,600 damage. Company refused to pay claiming I had accepted. car. They are practiced & professional crooks. We were originally quoted for our move only to find out once it was scheduled that thats just an esitmate and we had to pay more. Then after being told our pickup would occur on 1/26 we received a message that they were picking up today 1/25. I called and roadrunner confirmed pickup today. The driver then called us at 5pm saying he would be arriving to it evening. When asking for a supervisor was told I could not speak to one. When I said Im a paying customer and I have a right to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on by their so called customer service.V2 Logistics Corp.

2 starsGot a quote online from Rob, Sean called claiming the message was forwarded to him. We discussed a pickup date/time and loading luggage in the car, was told not to block the rear window. Sean increased the quote $87, and it said there was a charge for things in the car. I tried repeatedly to contact him about that (and also Rob after delivery and have yet to hear from anyone associated with Road Runner). The pickup was 2 days after the quote and 2 days after I was charged the increased amount, and the driver demanded and extra $100 for the load. When the car was delivered the driver wanted an additional $400 for the transport, when I explained that I had already been charge on a credit card, he called, I assume Road Runner, and confirmed that I did not have to pay the extra $400. So, in summary Road Runner received $212 for providing me a disservice that was not even close to compliance with the original quote. I really have no complaints about the actual delivery as the service provided was as the driver communicated to me, my complaint is entirely with Road Runner's disregard for the quote.
