      I recently had a disappointing experience with Road Runner Transport. Initially, their communication was prompt and persistent; they called me several times to finalize the booking and payment for a car transport. This eagerness, however, took a drastic turn once I completed the payment.After confirming and paying for the service, I've been met with complete radio silence. My attempts to reach them through phone calls and emails have been unsuccessful. There was a promise that my car would be picked up on either the 28th or 29th, with a confirmation to follow post-payment, but now it's already the 2nd, and I'm left with no responses and no updates.The lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment has left me in a difficult position, with my car still sitting and waiting for pickup. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience. I expected a more professional and reliable service from Road Runner Transport, but unfortunately, they have failed to meet these basic expectations.I hope this review helps others to make an informed decision before considering their services.

      ABSOLUTELY DO NOT do business with Roadrunner Transport. I scheduled a pickup, confirmed with an agent, paid (an additional $150 above initial quote), and received dates of pickup and drop off. I received an email confirmation and four texts to confirm. I was told by the agent that a carrier was assigned and gave me dates, but when I go to Roadrunners website to track where the carrier is, it says assigned carrier pending. The agent said the carrier that was going to transport the car was charging the additional amount. How did he know this if I never received an assigned carrier? Four days after pickup date, nothing. I have called the customer service number and the number of the scheduling agent and never got beyond eternal hold except twice to leave a message. I did not receive any return calls. I want to cancel the order so that I can hire another transport service. It does not look like it can be cancelled at their website, and if no one answers the calls, I cannot do this. I need to hire another service, but if Roadrunner sends a carrier and the new company sends a carrier, it will be an huge mess. I need this car. Anyone who reads these reviews GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

      I wish there was an option for 0 zeros, or even less than the. DO NOT do business with this Alaska Car Transport, Roadrunner Transport, or any other business name they choose to give. We scheduled a pick ** in ******** to be delivered to ********* **. We received an email confirmation and text confirmation. 2 days before the pick up date, we received a phone call confirmation. The day of pick up ... nothing. We were then told the transport company canceled, but nobody can tell us why. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get answers. After waiting over an hour each time for a representative, they have put me on hold. Once even transferring me to a department that was closed. All the customer service agents were beyond rude, especially ****. This company is a scam .. never do business with them.

      Warning! Do not use this company. I paid for door to door delivery. The driver is now telling me I have to pick up the car on other side of city. Company will not communicate by phone. I f you try to call plan to be on hold over an hour.

      This company is a full scam company. I believe that the positive reviews you see for this company online are fake reviews. They took our $700 to have our car shipping from **** to SC and said they would bring it within 2 days. It is quite an elaborate scam because for days they keep you hanging and say they are understaffed, but in the end they just drop you.

      I will be adding to the many negative reviews for this company. I bought a **** **** F5 truck in ********** ********** and wanted to move it to *****, *****. I used the Road Runner Auto Transport website to book the transport. They quoted me $725 for the 390 mile trip. That seemed reasonable. Then they asked for the dimensions of the vehicle, which the seller provided. They then raised the price to $925 because they said the truck was big. I had told them upfront that it was a **** F5 so they should have known it was big when they quoted it in the first place. Then a couple days later they raised it to $1221 because they said the truck was inoperable which was false. The truck ran and moved on its own power. Since I was on a tight timetable, I was forced to agree to this extortion. So the truck was delivered on Monday, December 11 by two guys who clearly were descendants of the Keystone Cops. Despite having ample room to maneuver, they were totally incapable of backing up the trailer with the vehicle on it. This must have been the very first job they ever did and they had no concept of how to drive and back up with a long trailer. Back and forth they went for half an hour, blocking traffic on the main road as they vainly failed to get the concept of which way to turn the steering wheel to get the trailer to go the way they wanted. They talked to each other in Russian I believe, so I couldnt tell what they were saying, but finally after many failed attempts to back the truck up, I had to tell them explicitly how to turn the wheel and where to drive. I couldnt believe how incompetent these guys were. When they finally got to the point where the vehicle could be unloaded, they ran the vehicle into the neighbors fence and bent it over. Then they couldnt get the ramps back on the trailer. I will never call this company again. Bait and switch on the pricing, then send out two incompetents to deliver the vehicle

      BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Canceled several times on me without even notifying me. They only want your money. Once they charge your card its all downhill from there. Read the owners responses on yelp. Its all copy and paste. All BS!!!

      They dispatched a transportation order to my company, the transportation was VERY SUCCESSFUL on my end, the pay was for 5 days after delivery and it's been over a month they have yet not paid my business. Multiple calls made by my secretary have been made and all they say is that the check was mailed out and then they said that they reissued another check and mailed it out again and that the company had to wait 10 more days for delivery of the so-called replacement check when initially there was no sign of a very first check. The request for a check number was made and when done so the person in charge of accounting "****" was very RUDE, her ATTITUDE in the voice transmitted with an UNPLEASANT RAISEDTONE.I spoke to her and asked one more time"ARE YALL GOING TO PAY ME YES OR NO"? Her reply was NO! I then proceeded to tell her "OK, that's all I needed to know, it's a good thing ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED because I have you recorded as well"!, she quickly lowered her tone and proceeded to say" The check is in the mail" and I disconnected the call. No proof of check # or tracking number has been provided til today and the request has been made multiple times, all our calls have been saved and recorded. *** was suggested but apparently, they do not use ACH. DISAFORTUNATELY I've worked with this company many years back and it was never this disorganized or dishonest til this time in years, for some reason I believe ROAD RUNNER has been sold to what is now V2 LOGISTICS CORP.

      Very unprofessional company, there driver had me waiting for hours after they decided to cancel without letting me know. I was on hold for 2 HOURS, trying to get customers service to answer the phone they never answered. Now I'm waiting for another carrier to get my car. What a scam and terrible company to work with. I regret ever going with them.
