      They charged my card after 2 hours on hold to cancel my pickup after they were 2 days late for a pickup. NO online service. I was finally able to get someone on the phone the next day. ******* threatened me with a cancellation fee. He hung up on me when I attempted to speak with him about this bogus charge. Please DO NOT do business with this "company".

      We are sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our company. We understand the inconvenience you faced with the delayed pickup and the challenges you encountered in canceling it. Unfortunately, your order faced particular challenges as it was booked on a Saturday with a requested pickup date of the following day. Typically, we advise customers to book at the very least a week in advance to allow sufficient time for carrier confirmation. We apologize if this was not fully communicated to you by a member of our team. While your credit card was eventually charged, we only did so after successfully confirming a carrier for your shipment, which aligned with the policies contained in our signed shipping agreement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your attempts to reach us. Upon learning of your desire to cancel, we processed your refund immediately. Regarding your negative interaction with a team member, we are currently investigating the matter internally, as their actions do not reach the high level of customer service we aim to provide. We appreciate your understanding during this time and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention as we continuously strive to improve our services. We hope you give us the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

      I recently had a car transported in ********. My car was having transmission issues and requested the use of a wench to assist with the safe transportation of my vehicle. The tow truck driver showed up to my residence and backed the car off of the trailer. He also said he did not use the wench and loaded the car under its own power. Not only did the driver not use the service requested, Road Runner is unwilling to issue a refund for the unused service fee that I paid. I have spent hours on hold only to be hung up on. I have simply been robbed. This business is criminal and should be investigated.

According to our records, your request was for the transportation of an inoperable vehicle, and we ensured a carrier equipped with a winch was assigned for your specific needs. We have investigated the situation further and have spoken with the carrier, who confirmed the use of the winch at the pickup location. However, we understand that there was a discrepancy at the drop-off, where the driver, in consultation with the receiving party, attempted to load the car under its own power. We apologize for any miscommunication that *** have occurred. Unfortunately, as the assigned carrier did use the winch, we are unable to process a refund. We appreciate your understanding and would like to assure you that we take customer feedback seriously as we continually strive to enhance our services.       I spoke with representative *************************. The whole purpose of the call was to simply ask questions. But for some reason that was bothersome for *******. My biggest concern was not being available to pick up my vehicle until the evening because I am in the ************ and they are not so accommodating. Once he provided the options, I mentioned that I was not able to meet those requirements, and that's when the conversation turned sour. He seemed to get frustrated because I was not willing to accommodate the driver. The conversation came off as him scolding me telling me by saying this was a big purchase and I needed to make time to pick up my vehicle no matter what was going on with my schedule. He went on to mention that this deal was a two-way street and that I had to be accommodating because the driver couldn't be waiting around for me all day with an 18-*******. On top of his frustration, he went on to say that the company ships over ***** vehicles a week, and if they have to sacrifice business with me because I am not available at the time of pick up they will do so. Along with saying that he would not tell me what I wanted to hear because I was not accommodating to the driver's schedule. I was very taken aback as I was calling to inquire about my overall options and ******* seemed irritated by my questions. I understand 100% that the drivers are extremely busy and they should not wait on customers, that was not the issue. It just seemed that he was annoyed because I was not 100% willing to accommodate the drivers. Overall the conversation convinced me NOT to go through with Road Runner Auto Transport. ******* approached the call very abrasive and demeaning. I had been set on this company for a couple of weeks and one phone call with ******* was enough for me not to go through with further buisness with the company. It seemed through the call that he did not care to lose me as a customer. I truly believe I dodged a bullet and will seek my business elsewhere.

      Terrible company to do any business with. when there are problems with shipments, they are not helpful, nor professional in any way. I had to ship 1 vehicle and had nothing but problems with them from day 1. they never answer the phone and if they do they take minimal info and put you back on hold/transfer you and never answer the phone again. i have called them at least 20 times within 2 days and been on hold each time for over 20+ min with nothing. i dont even know where my vehicle is since no one wants to tell me anything.

      **********************RoadRunner Auto Transport did not provide any services based on what we agreed. Once they collected my complete payment of *******, they did the following:1. Changed the date of the Car pick-up and drop-off by 4-5 business days; My business trip was already scheduled, and I could not use my car within the days provided;2. The company never responded to my phone calls in a timely and cooperative manner;3. They did not provide any reliable cancelation options. I was ready to pay a cancellation fee, but they collected the whole amount.No service was provided, but the complete payment was collected.

      Do not use this company. I had 2 vehicles transported from ***** to **********. They only brought me 1 vehicle. The other vehicle they damaged and dumped in a hotel parking lot. After multiple calls and emails i still have no response from the company. Do yourself and your vehicles a favor and do not use this company ever!!!!

      This organization is horrific. There is zero follow-up and if you try to call you are usually on hold for 45 min to an hour. Do yourself a favor - run from this organization. I tried to use this company to ship my car and at the last minute, I was told that they needed another $250 if I wanted my car picked up. Then, guess what??? nobody ever showed up even though RoadRunner said *************** was "on there way". I had to cancel my order. I could not take the dysfunction of this company. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR AUTO. AWFUL!!!!

      Do not work with this company. I was quoted one price on the phone, then the contract came with a different price. I had also explained that I was driving my car from out of state and could only be available after a certain time. They assured me that was possible. When I received the contract it just stated that I needed to be available within 30 minutes of a carrier arriving or I would be charged an extra $100. When I explained my schedule and that I was told an afternoon pickup was possible, I was told that no, this isn't possible and they would charge me if I wasn't there in time. They did not try to work with me in any way.

      Roadrunner Auto Transport does not provide the services they say they will. Once booked and money is paid, there are no calls, no updates from anyone and there is no tracking. I have called multiple 800 numbers that nobody answers. Finally got one person that did answer the phone ********** from *******) and he hung up on me. No responses to emails for an update either. Issues are the same as previously reported. The *** of this company should be embarrassed. They clearly do not care because they continue to misrepresent their services and no improvement has been made from all the other poor reviews the company has received.

      My car was supposed to be picked up 9/8, then I was told it was going to be picked up 9/9, that didn't happen. Then I was told it was going to be picked up 9/10, didn't happen. My car wasn't picked up till Monday 9/11 at 1:30pm. I flew out of NE on 9/9 so I was not there when my car was finally picked up. to add insult to injury, I had perishables in my car that was packed with dry ice, well by the time I received my car they were spoiled. the dry ice would've preserved the food had the car been picked up on time. Now to add salt to the wound, I had items stolen out of my car.I choose RoadRunner because of the 5-star rating. I see you have to be famous in order to get 5-star service, us regular hard-working people get less than poor service.STAY AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sincerely,Totally unsatisfied customer
