    This month July 2025 Four Leaf rolled out a *************************** marketing it as a great improvement for borrowers. What they glossed over is that now the only way to draw funds on a ***** is using a paper check. It is no longer possible to acess the loan with a wire transfer, by going into a branch, or by an external bank transfer. They don't explain this loss of service in the letters or anywhere on there website. They don't answer direct questions, why did they do this, and will they ever add back the ability to initiate draws electronically. No transparency. I did not receive the checks they first sent. Too bad, I have to wait up to 10 days while they print the checks then mail them to me. In order to pay someone else electronically, I then have to write a check to myself and wait another several days for that to clear. What is going on with Four Leaf? Why did they make this decision? Why didn't they communicate it during the transition?

    ***** using this company CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE.I started when this company was **** page for a *****. We had ACH auto payments set up. A copule of months ago they switched everything over to a new company. All of a sudden, our auto payments disappeared, we never received any payments in the mail, but started getting notices that we were behind on payments! When we called in they couldnt even tell us what was owed and told us we had to wait until their website updated in July. The said we got mailings and it was our fault. Tried that once it came onboard and couldnt find our account. Then calling in they are experiencing high call volume today they try to push you again to the website. Still on hold...Seriously regret going with this company. I would choose just about any other company for a *****

    I went to Fourleaf in ********* to pay off my car loan. ***** *********. She was great. She went above & beyond to help me. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Great customer service.

    I visited the Four Leaf FCU Centereach Branch last week with some questions and concerns about the coming change from their old to their new mortgage loan servicing unit. I was also concerned about properly making the July payment, since the automatic payment transfer from my checking account was ending, and getting back on track for future payments.The young lady assisting me clearly explained the transition and the changeover procedures and requirements. She was patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. I made the July payment and she prepared and processed the form to set up automatic payments to the new servicing unit in the future (eliminating the need for me to do this later).Additionally, I had an issue concerning a trust and the mortgage loan, which she researched and quickly resolved.I was thankful for all her help and much appreciated her patience, competence and professionalism. Kudos to her!!

    I have experienced excellent customer service every time I have asked for assistance, both in person and by phone. I can't recommend Bethpage, now FourLeaf, highly enough!

    My experience at the Babylon branch with ****** ***** was outstanding.With attention to detail, he went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer care. He impressed me with his knowledge relating to the transfer of an *** from one bank to another. I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Because of him and other staff members I strongly recommend FOUR LEAF. Everyone is polite and professional.

    Fourleaf credit took over from **** page credit union and ** bought my car and sent them the check late and fourleaf posted on my credit report has a late payment cause the car was still in my name whys its my fault that ** sent them the check late

    I am extremely disappointed with how Four Leaf Credit Union handled my account and the resulting impact on my credit.When my auto lease ended, I was unaware that Bethpage FCU had transitioned to Four Leaf FCU. I received only vague voicemails from Four Leaf with no context, no mention of a balance, no mailed statements, no email notifications. Given the lack of information and the regular spam calls, I assumed the messages were not legitimate.I was never properly informed that I had a balance due. I discovered the issue only after my credit score dropped nearly 170 points. Upon learning this, I immediately paid the balance.Despite my perfect payment history throughout the lease and this clear communication failure, ********* refused to remove the derogatory **** from my credit report. A simple notice would have prevented this entirely.Based on other complaints Ive now seen, this appears to be a recurring issue with this credit union. Customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and a fair chance to resolve issues before their credit is harmed.This is unacceptable, and I hope Four Leaf will review its communication practices to prevent this from happening to others.

    Applied for a HELOC and was walked through the process by ***** in an incredibly professional manner. ***** was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with great insight and options. I highly recommend ***** and FourLeaf for any and all banking needs. ***

    The personal contact via phone and a zoom meeting was friendly and very helpful. It enabled me to complete my business quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with their service.
