    We did a HELOC with **** page that became FourLeaf and set up auto pay when they did their transition their service completely tanked and somehow our payment was literally only three dollars below what it needed to be not a single reach out of any kind and the next thing they know, they report me to a credit agency in my score goes down by nearly 100 points after decades of exceptional credit. I hate this company and would never work with them again or recommend them.

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received at Bethpage Federal Credit Union at **********************, ********. As a business customer I visited the branch on March 29, 2025, to deposit multiple checks. During the visit the teller Ms. ******* ***** informed me that I needed to" fix" the checks before she could deposit them. When I ask her why? She replied that it is my responsibility, not hers. I let her know that I am not a bank teller and was not familiar with the process she was requesting. Her tone and manner were dismissive and unprofessional.Following the incident, I spoke to the Bank head teller who told me she did that because of traffic at that time there were 3 people in the bank. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she advised me to email before coming so they can help in a timely manner. I do not know if it is the policy of the bank. If it is, I am more than willing to comply. If it is not a bank-wide policy, I find the request discriminatory and unfair. I spoke to two managers when I called member services. I spoke with Ms. ******* on March 31st and May 8th Ms. ********** May 9 one of her staff called me to offer an apology and a gift card. While I appreciate the apology, I must be clear, my respect is not for sale. My dignity is not something to be compensated with a gift card.This experience has left me feeling disrespected and concerned about the culture of the bank.

    Words cannot even begin to describe how impressed my husband and I are with ******* ***** warmth, professionalism, efficiency and proficiency! His depth of understanding in order to best advise his clients is remarkable. He is a joy to do business with! Four Leaf should have ten more *************** Representatives (II) just like him in every location! I would also like to acknowledge *** and ********. Wonderfully helpful and accommodating! These people know the meaning of teamwork. An organization is only as good as the people who show up everyday in order to service others. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with Four Leaf for many years to come!!
