    Don't ever get an auto loan through Bethpage/Fourleaf! For 6 months they have been double charging my car payment due to lack of proof of insurance...which was initially provided at the time I purchased the vehicle. For 6 months I have repeatedly called and emailed proof of insurance and either they never seem to receive it or it is not what they are looking for (even though I have clarified their requirements and provided it multiple times). I have been making car payments for 30 years and have never, in my life, had the misfortune to deal with such a massive hassle when it comes to making car payments. Initially, I thought this was just incompetence on their part, but, honestly, at this point, it seems much more like a scam institution trying to fleece people for everything they can get. I think it might be time to hire an attorney. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of Bethpage/Fourleaf...trust me, no matter how bad you might think you need a new car, you don't need one desperately enough to get involved with this institution.

    My wife and I walked into the ********** branch without an appointment. A member named ***** ***** (He gave us a card), asked us how he could help us within minutes. He was great. We were thinking about getting a CD. ***** guided us through our options, and we decided to go ahead and sign up right then and there. I have stood in other banks ******* for long periods of time, over and over again. It was so nice to find a place where customer service still has a heartbeat. I started a checking account with them also and plan to move all my banking with them this year.

    FourLeaf FCU is every bit as awful as it was when it was Bethpage FCU. Incompetent customer service (if you can actually get anyone on the phone). The branch I visited today was so poorly managed, even the manager herself didn't know the answers to basic questions about making online payments, fixing some glitches in the online dashboard, etc. The "help" we did get--after more than 90 minutes in the cubicle--ended up causing additional glitches to our online banking. FourLeaf is just a lousy financial institution for its customers.

    Service was fast and courteous. I love having a neighborhood bank that provides great service and has convenient hours. I am a long time customer and appreciate that they have improved so much over the years.

    My visit with Mrs. ******* ******** at Bethpage Federal Credit Union in ********* ** was terrific. She welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door and my appointment begins. Mrs. ********* I've praised before to her Manager in a letter and meeting was a success. Truly appreciate having this facility in my neighborhood The facility is immaculate, all staff helping other customers and if needed there is always a bilingual staff member to assist.Highly recommend for whatever transaction(s) you require.JY

    After failing open an account via the online process, I decided to go into one of the offices located near my place of work. The process was much easier than expected. The process was smooth and fast. I was able to open a checking & savings account, and given a debit card, the same day. I look forward to banking with Bethpage Federal Credit Union.

    Worst financial institution I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to deal with. Bottom of the barrel. They claimed to have setup an auto payment with my bank over three times. Over three times it failed due to their own system and prices issues. They had no internal process to catch their own failures. Spoke with half a dozen **** and managers, they were unable to fix the issue for over a six month time period. I incurred erroneous late fee charges that I had to call in and have removed every month while they claimed time and time again that they setup the autopayment again. I also took numerous hits to my credit score due to their failures. I would advise anyone to never use this company unless you don't want to use electronic banking and write checks to them every month.
