    Very good experience start to finish. From finding my machine on the online catalog to calling ****** and having him explain what was included and what was not included. He was cordial, informative and VERY helpful. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process, from ordering it, shipping it and even after I received it he was First Rate!I would highly recommend ******.

    AMGO 12SX: As the *** type, I would have really liked to see the packaging be more installation friendly. The two heaviest/awkward pieces were the runners and they were oriented in a way that one had to be completely rotated 180 degrees to install it correctly! I got it handled but from what I could tell it wasnt necessary to do that. Why not have everything facing the way it should get installed and mark the packaging with front and back?!

    I bought the tuxedo 2 post ***** lb clear floor lift it came complete but the oil . I read other reviews and the complaints people had were the instructions , I found if you read then before you start everything is there .I laser leveled and found my slab to be 3/8 different from post to post so I made a 3/8 plate shim the size of the base then tack welded it to the post then bought longer bolts , the other fight I had was the chain thru shipping Had bunch up and bound at the inside of the post that gave me total entertainment. All in all its a good piece of equipment, shipping came early and *** was good to work with .i also welded a electric disconnect box above the controls, I felt I needed a a source of disconnect, I did the whole Installation alone , I would not recommend . Im old as dirt and made it w/o band aids or black fingernails A true add to a hella hobby shop

    Quick to take your order but when my product didnt arrive there was little to no response and a lack of urgency to find a missing $4000 purchase. No update calls and when I call it always goes to voicemail. Hopefully I can find another vendor to fulfil my order after my bank deals with the charge dispute.
