    Were still waiting to see ordered an item on Jan. 19. Weve learned that the item is ready to be shipped, but the shipping company has not received payment from JMC, so they cant deliver it. Hoping it happens!

    **** found the parts I was looking for and had them shipped out promptly he was a big help. A very satisfied with his willingness to help understand and figure out what parts I was talking about and needed.

    Ordered this on Nov 17th. As of 12/12 I still have not received. The customer service department is useless. They went as far as telling me they are not responsible for the shipping. I am doing a charge back because they wont refund! Terrible company

    I ordered a pump got it 3 weeks earlier that was told perfect fit and price was great! was told about start up kit to get warranty along with constant information about product couldn't be happier our shop thanks you

    Ordered a Norco 3.5 ton floor **** on-line from JMC 15-Sept-2022. No status or tracking email had been sent since the order was confirmed. Contacted ********************* at JMC on 19-Sept-2022.. She rectified the issue immediately.*****

    They were fine answering questions before sale. They have no inventory and dropship from manufacturer. Aftersale was a different story. They were very condescending when it came time to answering questions regarding delivery and other things. I had an issue with my machine when it arrived and I received no response which let me to.going direct to the manufacturer. Would probably go elsewhere.for equipment based on the aftersale. Once they had my money I felt ghosted.

    Delivery of my engine stand occurred quickly and without problems. Also, JMC was successful at obtaining a replacement castor for the stand from the manufacturer. Overall, very good.
