    Excellent experience with this company. They picked up my car in Ohio and delivered it quickly and safely to me in SC. Very good customer service and I highly recommend.

    Very very disappointed, had a horrible experience. I was told that there would be a 3 day window for pickup(oct 26-28). That 3 day window came and gone. They kept saying they are working on it. I had to leave my car with a friend because it was time for me to leave IL. Kept on calling them everyday to see where we where at. They told me that its a difficult delivery and I ask why. They had no answer for me. Then I was told another time that there where no drivers wanting to drive to FL. Which didn’t make any sense. In the meantime I had called another carrier ** **** ********* payed more money and I still didn’t hear anything from SGT. Within 48 car was picked up from IL and was delivered the next to FL. I hope that I will never have to transport a vehicle again in my life time. Do not use this company, very unreliable. I wouldn’t even give a star but I had to in order to write a review.
