    After calling me from 5 different numbers they cancelled and charged me $150 say I didn't answer their calls. How do I know which call to answer.

As any business, we put in a lot of time, money and effort into serving our customers in order to achieve overall success for them as well as us as a business. No one is forced to use our services, but utilizing our resources and choosing not to pay for the costs associated, is unreasonable and unethical.


    SGT was hired to utilize our auto hauling industry expertise and proprietary vetted motor carrier network to set up transport with a licensed and insured motor carrier.


    Unlike most brokers, we stand by our commitment to providing you the best service possible by executing contract agreements that bind our commitment to our customers. This is to help our customers not hurt them. We take that commitment seriously and expect that from our customers as well.


    What the general public and most first time shippers do not understand is a tremendous amount of resourcing goes into the set up transports and the vetting of our motor carrier network to ensure proper carrier government and insurance credentials. The moment the service contract is signed by our customer, there are no delays in taking action to resource that transport.


    We therefore maintain a strict cancellation policy and we go to great lengths to be transparent by communicating this in many ways; verbally, on our website, linked in customer emails, and within the signed customer contract. Unfortunately, the customer breached our mutual written contract, used our resources, then canceled, making a cancellation fee applicable.

    I would give them 100 stars if I could! I tried to work with another large transporter unsuccessfully and thankfully found SGT. **** answered the phone, actually called you back, texted and did exactly what they said would happen. Enclosed transport was secured within 3 days and my car arrived safely on the exact day they said. Will only use SGT ********************** and refer them to our clients. THAN YOU *****

    SGT ******* Transport was outstanding.They picked up 2 of our vehicles within the pickup window that they provided and delivered the vehicles exactly when they say they would. Their driver **** was a true professional. Final payment was exactly what we agreed to. I would not hesitate to use SGT ******* Transport in the future.

    While the process of getting a quote and setting up the order was flawless, their cancellation policy is anything but fair and has turned me away from ever using them for future transport needs.According to the contract, a $149 cancellation fee will be applied if the order is cancelled before the expiration of the booking window. To your average consumer, this would mean when the window actually begins. I cancelled my order about 4 days before the window were to even begin (my car hasnt even been dispatched) yet Im still being charged this fees. Cancellation fees should be about making the company as whole as possible for the loss of business at the time of the cancellation, not simply making profit. In my situation I had no choice but to cancel due to some logistical changes with my move, and while ****** was as kind as she could, she made absolutely no concessions under my circumstances to waive this fee and I was still charged. I would understand if it was within the booking window. Or even 48 hours before the window. But to charge someone this far in advance when the order isnt even close to being processed is deceptive and wrong. While apparently this can be used towards future shipments, why would I ever want to book with *** in the future if this is the way they handle cancellations? Unfortunately the way my experience started with them ended on a very different note. If flexibility is an important part of your move, I cant honestly recommend *** for your car transport needs.
