    Price was the best. ******* arrived on time and was a nice guy. He did have a problem with his truck that needed repair but got back on the road the following morning. Cars arrived to their destination with no damage. I would SGT ********************** again. I recommend their service

    It was a little tough to get a total understanding on a schedule. None the less we got my needs taken care of. The pickup and delivery went flawless. Great hauler and both cars came in flawless. Very happy.

    I would not recommend this company for college students. My son had a nightmare getting our car - took over 4 hours! The driver drove our car over 23 miles to drop it off at my son's house, it was not delivered on his transport! And as my son was looking for an iPhone accidently left in the car, the driver got antsy and wanted his payment. He started to drive away with my son in the passenger seat door wide open looking for the phone. He drove it back to his lot another 23 miles added to our car! And made my son go to the lot to pick up the car. That's not the worst part - the driver ran a red light, and get a photo ticket in our car. And also fees added as he used toll roads!! SGT was absolutely no help in getting a driver's name to forward for the ticket. We made multiple attempts even speaking with supervisors/managers to ask for assistance in getting our name cleared from the ticket to no avail.They claim they have vetted their outsource - if it that is true, they did a very poor job! Having my college student dealing with shady, unsafe driver is not what I paid off. ***If you don't want any issue with your student getting a car delivered to them, do not use this company!!!****

    Ongoing mess where SGT Auto Transport is not taking responsibility in any way to resolve expensive damage to my vehicle by their 3rd party carrier. I have not received any assistance from their customer service to date. I hope I can change my rating, but so far, so bad. I thought they were fully insured. Not so much.

    We had a great experience with SGT Auto Transport. They were recommended to us after we tried finding a reputable company on our own, only to find dead end scams. SGT was amazing start to finish, in contact with updates until delivery. I'd definitely recommend them! We had our truck sent from ** to DE without issue :)

    Entrusting someone with your personal vehicle is a big deal. At least it was for us. What I appreciated as much as the care given to our vehicle was the communication from the team at ************* was very competitive and our vehicle was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.
