    I will never order from this company again. I immediately froze the contents of the box upon receipt. 2 days later I defrosted a pack of salmon in the fridge. When I opened it the following day, it smelled terrible. I still cooked it, but it tasted awful and was inedible. I asked the company how they handle this type of thing, and instead of taking responsibility and making it right, they accused me of doing something wrong when I received it and said they would do nothing about it. Due to their terrible product and even worse customer service, the company has lost a customer that would have ordered regularly. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them!

    Do NOT buy from them. They state in their own FAQs that the fish is shipped on dry ice. However, this is NOT true. My fish arrived and the box was SOGGY and all the ice packs (with NO dry ice) were defrosted. Measured the box with an infrared thermometer and the temp read 68 degrees!!! Upon contacting OceanBox AND providing pictures of the fish (with the thermometer reading) they REFUSED to refund my money! This is a VERY crooked company that does not even follow their own stated policies. You will receive SPOILED fish from them that you cannot eat and will not be refunded. They will do NOTHING for their customers. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!
