      Charge me a flat rate when moving. An Italian got to move me they want to charge me 150 to $200 extra. I didn't have the money since I paid them days in advance with a cashier's check. The movers sold jewelry from me, clothes, and then they didn't want to reimburse me after I made several complaints for months. The ************************** office related to me after 9 months of me moving in and gave me a small fraction of what was stolen from me. Which was over $2,000 worth of merchandise.

      Professional, quick, and friendly. They took great care of all of our stuff. Everything that need to be wrapped was wrapped and protected. Props to them for disassemble and reassemble our Ikia bed. Would recommend to anyone who needs movers

      I do NOT recommend this company. They lost and mislabeled boxes. I was also charged for wood crating of items that were delivered in cardboard. They rarely respond to emails and phone calls. Flatrate is unreliable and unprofessional. Do not use them.

      This was our third time using Flat Rate for our NYC move and we have yet to be disappointed. The moving team led by ******* were quick and efficient. They took extra care to make sure our things were bundled up well for the move and they problem solved well whenever an obstacle presented itself (doorways, hallways, elevator, etc.)

      The plan is very detailed. The movers were polite. They worked very quickly and respectful of my property. The price reasonable.

      FlatRate, Thank you for helping me get through this move with my wits intact. ************, ************ (sorry I forgot to write down everyone's names) Thank you all for being quick, professional and careful with my stuff. Didn't know how I was gonna get through this move but you all pulled it off without a hitch. My stuff arrived early - I wasn't even ready. ***** worked around my schedule and before I knew it, I was settled in to my new home. I highly recommend FlatRate.
