5 starsUnbelievable! I have used flat rate movers before and they were great, but this crew I had was fantastic! Not only were they nice but qualified in moving and they brought a antique specialist to take apart and reassemble at the drop off. 5 starsWe’ve used FlatRate for all of our past moves, and this time was yet another example of why we’ll continue to use them as our preferred moving provider. Pablo, Brija, and Bernardino were fantastic, friendly, and extremely professional. They arrived on time and moved our items swiftly and carefully. We were well ahead of schedule. 5 starsSoooo happy we decided on FlatRate Moving Co. 5 men. 2 trucks picked up day one, drop off the next. On time, efficient, respectful and professional. The movers severely damaged our sofabed by slitting the arm with an exacto knife. Then after we completed a claims process, they decided to award us a paltry amount of money, not near enough to repair the furniture. Then the meager check never came and it has taken months of calls and emails and we are getting nowhere. We were never contacted or paid for the damage. Worst customer experience in my memory. I regret tipping them, as I tipped them as much as this ridiculous claim was worth. I would like my money back for this move.
