Gladly took the money (paid in full cash) for the car that needed repair. The salesman -*********************- said that the sound and light on (during the test drive on 9.4.2022) was a sensor that needed to be replaced but had to be ordered for Wednesday. That it was no problem to take the car. Brought it back the NEXT day (less than 20 hours) and then ****** (one of the managers) said that they will keep the car to fix the issue. Then said that I would receive a call on the status by Wednesday.Wednesday came by, then Thursday, then Friday when I finally called to check what was going on with the car. Only to be placed on hold for OVER AN HOUR, hang up and called again, to be placed again on hold for 40 mins. Spoke with the receptionist (****** or *****, can't recall exactly), who said that they would call me back before 5pm. That never happened.Went back again the following day (Saturday). Spoke with ****** and then watched them walk back and forth trying to figure out where my car was! It was still in the mechanic and that it would be ready today, just needed to make sure. **** us to the back room so no one could hear and I explained that this was unacceptable. How can they have a car that is not ready and needs fixing on the sales floor. That I want my money back. Then ****** said "The car would be ready Monday 3pm, and we can deliver the car to your residence." I explained that was not going to work out, and wanted my money back. ****** then stated that the manager can do that, and he GUARANTEED me that I would get my money back, on Monday. Called and Texted ******, no response. Then ***** (another manager) calls saying that we can not have our money back and that whenever the car is ready would call me. That the car was being fixed as a courtesy, which is not what ***** stated when the papers were signed. ***** stated that there was a 30 day guarantee, whatever the car needed fixing, they would do it. Stated that is not what was agreed upon when speaking with ******.Business Response

She has not contacted me, even from the statement though the BBB on Saturday. I had to contact her, and now the verbal agreement that was made from their managers are not "confirmed" even though they stated that they recorded the conversation, (I did as well). It is now 3 weeks and nothing has been moved forward.

At 7/10/22 I purchased a used 2015 Audi A4, before financing it was $15,596, and after financing the total was $33,282.70. I made a down payment of $5,500 leaving my balance to $27,782.70. I have to pay this off by making monthly payments of $420. After leaving Victory Mitsubishi with the car the check engine light came on, so I took the car with Victory Mitsubishis car service to fix it. I was able to do this since they gave me a three month warranty, so if there were any problems with the car they could fix it. The car was at their service for three weeks and for those three weeks I was calling them trying to get an update on when was my car ready and either they would never pick up the phone or the very rare times they would pick up the phone they would put me on hold and then hang up. After finally being able to get my car back thinking everything was fixed, the check engine light came back on again, and now the car was having trouble to start, so taking it to their service only made things worse. I took the car back again to their service to fix the problem again and so far its been two weeks since and they havent provided me with any updates. All in all I have barely driven my vehicle that I have paid a lot of money for. At this point I just want a complete refund and to return the car to the dealership. To just move our separate ways and to not have to deal with them anymore.Business Response

Purchased 2011 *** 7 series from Victory Mitsubishi on 6/25/22 The vehicle turned out to be a lemon, was unsafe to drive and needed service.Vehicle was brought into service on 7/12/22 and has not been returned.When i call they have no idea what car it is. I recied a call from the service center stating something different. The service manager said the car cannot be repaired and someone will be contacting me to reverse the transaction. So I'm getting multiple stories from multiple people. It's a game of telephone. All my calls are recorded so I can send them in if necessary but not as attachments as they won't fit.

I was interested in a car advertised by Victory Mitsubishi. I made an appointment to see the car and confirmed it would be available to look at on Monday August 8th 2022. When I arrived at the dealership on the previously stated date, I was asked to fill out paperwork about the car I was interested in and the car I was trading in along with my information. The sales person then asked me to follow him and lead me to another lot of cars 2 blocks away. On arriving there he tried to show me multiple other cars but when I asked about the car I came to see, I was told it was sent back to service. No on notified me previously that the car was not there before having me walk to another parking lot. I told him I was not interested in any other cars or doing business with this dealership as I felt like I was wrongfully informed and my time was wasted. I then noticed the next day, the dealership did a hard inquiry on my credit. I did not look at a car, see the car I came to see or agree to buy anything from them yet they ran my credit without my permission. I called them multiple times to get this resolved as well as calling transunion and equifax for solutions. Both credit agencies said I needed a letter from the dealership stating that my credit was run in error to remove the inquiry. The dealership refused to provide me with a letter stating "we don't do that". I spoke with one of the managers, ********, who acknowledged that her employee was wrong for not telling me that they would run my credit before I saw any car and offered to give me a $100 gas card for my inconvenience. I explained to her that they were wrong for running my credit without my permission and I was continuously told the same thing saying they would not write the letter. I am now left with a damaged credit score due to this inquiry that I did not authorize.Business Response

On 7/09/2022 I purchased (2014 Audi,Q5) . I have since experienced numerous concerning issues which makes it impossible to even drive.External leaks from radiator hoses, internal leaks where coolant may leak out of places such as the engine's head gasket.A flood damaged car which came with a variety of problems, including odd noises, engine smoke, and electronic damage. Six recalls on car issued after determining vehicle creates an unreasonable safety risk and fails to meet minimum safety standards. Prior to purchasing car , car was already smoking and when car was attempted to be brought back on several occasions (within the 30 days ) merchant would not take back car and neither has any problems been fixed since and car is unable to drive .Business Response

I purchased my first car with this dealership 07/13/22. I found a car that I wanted. it was listed at a price that I could afford, this is why I chose it. after I signed my contract they told me that car note was going to be $850 when they originally told me $417. my car was not supposed to leave the lot being that it did not have insurance until the following day. someone at the dealership said that it is fine at they will drive it for me so that I did not have to come back to get the car. i thought it was unusual that they would do this, but they were insistent about it. they park my car around 9;30pm. the sales associate said "oh be careful they are stealing catalytic converters". so, I left the car parked after the sale associate dropped it off. the following morning 7/14/22 i go to drive my car it sounds like a motorcycle revving its engine. i called the dealership to ask them why does it sound like this and they told me it was the catalytic converter stolen. they tell me to file a claim with my insurance and to bring the car back to the dealership. at this point I was annoyed and I felt like they set me up. i get to the dealership and I just ask them back for my money because I just put down a down payment and did not even have my car for 24 hours and there were already issues. according to the lemon law you have 2 days to return a used car if you do not feel satisfied with the product. at the time i was not aware of the lemon law. when i spoke to the manager he denied me of my right by telling me that I cannot return the car. after looking through the paperwork again I came across additional charges that this dealership added into my cost. i decided to look at the reviews and they have done this to multiple people including doing insurance fraud. they need to be stopped.Business Response

We understand your frustration regarding the vehicle and the catalytic converter getting stolen. It is not reasonable that you are attempting to tie the dealership behind the catalytic converter theft. In your complaint you insinuated that we set you up, meanwhile there has been a 420% increase in catalytic converter thefts in *** and about a 400% increase nationally. We will speak with Mitsubishi and our service department to see if we can get you a catalytic converter much faster than the average individual.

I got pre approved for ***** from my own credit union at **** interest rate...saw a car at victory on the internet (CarGurus) priced at ***** at victory...my intentions was to give them the *********************************** cash ....Told the rep on the phone that I was not interested in financing through the dealership even though she claimed they can get me something lower than a **** interest rate...at no time did she tell me this would be a problem. We got to victory and they took us straight to the desk not to check out the car...once again they tried to badger me to not go through my credit union, but through them. I was told because you are not financing with us the price for the car is now gonna be *****...they were now going to charge me **** more than advertised because I did not want to finance through the two companies they work with which is Westlake, that I had in the past and charge **** for the fee just to finance through them the second company is Capitol One which, in the past I was going to be approved at **** which is not going to be less than ****...So they claim that is would be counted as a cash deal and therefore the price will be higher even though on the post it says if paying cash we will honor our posted price....LIES LIES LIES....I wasted my time, tolls, and gas driving from Jersey to this place...This place does not care about all customers only the ones that have no choice but to finance through them and they MAKE MONEY off that finance. Then they had the nerve to send a text for us to call them the next day to speak to the manager about our experience. Tried calling to speak to the manager ..and could not get the manager to the phone...just another person to try to convince me to go through them to get the car.Business Response

First things first I purchased my car 7/23/2022 and was having issues with it 8/1/2022 not even 10 days after. No one was returning my calls, text messages, or voice mails. So I personally had to come in and address the issue. I was also charged for a whole bunch of add ons of **** dollars that ******* told me were complementary.. turns out Im charged for it. My main issue is they told me that I couldnt return my Vehicle that I just purchased 10 days ago that was faulty that they didnt mention AT ALL prior to me purchasing and signing. I was never told that this car had damaged to it. If not I wouldve never in my right mind purchased a car in the amount of $46,260.83 Thats absurd!!!!! And they have the nerve to tell me that they are going to fix the issue and service my car? I went in Tuesday August 2nd demanding an explanation as to why no one was returning my calls. I got sent to the service center and ***** told me he was ordering the damaged part that was causing a leak in the evap emission system. I called the whole day today which is August 5th, wanting to ask someone what is the update.. and not one single phone call was answered. I cant believe it. They are extremely unprofessional and when you ask the managers for their names they disregard the question and dont want you knowing! This is upsetting because I deserve the right to know whats going on. I cant even trust them to service the car. Who knows what else they have hidden from me, its a shame that its such a shame how much money this car is and Im dealing with this issue. They are scam artists and only want money.Business Response

The dealership did fraudulent signatures for my grandpa he did not sign no paperwork or was not present in the dealership. They also lied about pricing and car for $38,000. The car they sold me had damages and they also setup a fraudulent insurance I did not agree to for $1,500 a month. I need help please to explain my case.Business Response
