A horrible experience and wasted my entire day. Do not go here. They had me come in to see two cars at my budget. I was clear at the beginning that my budget we ***** and that was the price of the car. After 3/4 hours seeing the car. getting out of the back of the lot for a test drive, etc. Finally got down to test drive and siiting down to finalize and they said the price was *****. LIARS and they wasted my day traveling etc. I write this so you don't waste your day I hope the others on this page are not wrote and they do not still my identity.

WEBSITE INTERNET PRICING SCAM! A vehicle was listed on their website for a certain price. I inquired about the vehicle and asked if there were any hidden fees and was told, No, the price is the price. There will only be normal fees such as taxes, registration, title, etc. and the internet price, is the internet price, by ******. I scheduled an appointment, to view the car and pleaded with her for the truth because I was driving from West Jersey to the Bronx. She assured me the listed price, was the price. When I arrived, at the dealership, I met with salesman **** and said, "before we get started, are there any hidden fees, because son had just gone through something similar." He nervously responded, "There are no hidden fees." After viewing and liking the car I agreed to purchase it. ***** the sales manager came over and I asked what price we could negotiate. He exclaimed, "there's no room to come down." I asked for the final price and he said $28,000+ because of all the extra fees that I asked about several times earlier. The car was listed as $20, 300. They wanted 8K more than the list price. I told them ****** said there were no hidden fees and he responded, "you should have asked a salesman, she doesn't know, she only answers the phone." I said I asked ****, the salesman, in the beginning and he said there were no hidden fees. Liars! False advertising! Scam! Just to get you there, no matter how far you have to travel. The salesman was very nervous when I questioned the fees, he knew it was a lie. I could see how uncomfortable he was throughout the whole process. I do not blame him, I blame Victory's shady business sales/marketing practices. Being a firefighter, the salesman said they could offer a discount, but the manager said NO, he could not offer a discount, after raising the price significantly. DO NOT fall for their scams! If they would have been honest from the beginning and didn't have me drive all the way there I wouldn't have left a review at all.

ZERO STARS!!! I've purchased six cars thus far in my lifetime. Never did I experience such deception, underhandedness, and dishonesty from a dealership. Where do I start? On 2/25/23, my wife and I went into Victory Mitsubishi (just looking at what we could get for under $30K). The salesperson lured me in with a really good offer for my trade-in ($1000) more than I had been receiving. After signing the contracts, the finance person told me that my copy of all of the documents was on the flash drive he handed me. A week later--after paying an additional $3,000, I decided to look at my balance--it was approximately $13K more than I should have been charged. So I checked the documents on the flash drive and to my surprise, the documents on the flash drive belonged to another buyer (OMG! A stranger had my documents!! My personal information was compromised!). When I went to the dealership to request a copy of my documents, and to complain about my unusually high balance, I noticed that: I was charged more than the list price; my loan amount was padded with add-ons that I declined, and I wasn't given all of the pages of the contracts that I signed---nor was I given other documents required by law. The manager said I was charged more than the list price because I had a package that I did not have--intentionally misrepresenting the product. The bottom line, I was able to cancel all of the add-ons that I did not ask for or agree to (totaling $9,270). Now I'm suing for the overcharges and misrepresentation of a product and advertising my car w/o permission. They advertised my car for sale (same VIN #) for over two months--even after I received the title lien from the bank (for bait & switch purposes). They are unscrupulous! Don't let them get away with cheating you. I will report the outcome of my lawsuit.

They want to credit check you before you even test drive a car. Sales man mentions window shoppers. lol i didnt fall for it but the countless angry customers cursing out the managers on the floor and the associates. Its a bait and switch, theyre low prices do not match in the surrounding area similar cars. Other Mitsubishi dealerships warned me of seeing the jump in pricing at the table once they have your credit and tack on all the extra fees. They never appraised my car or gave me a test drive. Since I wouldnt pull my credit. Ive never not been able to drive a car with just a drivers license. I work for the ********** of ********* in the area and my spouse is a NYPD officer I promise you. You will see me on every platform letting everyone know to stay clear of you guys. Networking is everything. Guess your marketing might just catch up to you guys sooner than you know it. Union MCU workers you promote to provide $1,000 off of MSRP should know youll just tack it on the back end. Dont put a disclosure to save your ***** at the table. I feel horrible ya taking advantage of your community! You should be ashamed of yourself. They put young black and brown sales kids to market specific people. Youre digging your people in to debt. Instead of building them up. You cannot expect their life will dramatically changed with new wheels or used undependable wheels. Despicable establishment and your employees are just as brainwashed.

Terrible company they lied and false advertised their vehicles online and baited my family in twice! They are desperate and they are all liers. I wish I read reviews prior. They even confirm the vehicle and say that its ready for you only to tell you when u arrive its in service or the car is a lemon and try and sell you something way more expensive! My daughter cried the whole ride home because she was waiting in the car so long. We drove 1hr 30min just so they could lie to us to our face. I suffer from a back injury and high blood pressure this place needs to be removed or their needs to be a law suit formed to give us justice

I recently traded in a 17 grand cherokee for a 2020. I had informed sales rep that I already had car appraised and pre approval. I told sales rep that there were some aftermarket parts on car that I would be taking off and I would be putting them on the new vehicle. Finance manager stated that they included some vehicle protection in the overall price of car which was cataytic insurance and interior care which i dont need. Victory Mitsubishi wouldn't allow me me to take items off as ***** stated that his manager said items were appraised in trade in. When calling company the following morning, I was told that I was paying for warranty and that the dealer would have to send in a cancellation form. I went to speak with finance manager with my wife and again was told that it was included with overall car price. I stated that warranty company said different regarding contract. LoJack that they said came to car working as it says dealer has to activate which i ****** in for many times for.I spoke with sales manager and came to an agreement to get led bar and wiring harness back as it was expensive but after receiving led bull bar back I did not get wiring harness aa service tech says no harness was in car. Told them to look again as i know where i put it but no harness. came to conclusion that service **** threw harness away when servicing car to be resold.Vehicle had to go in for repair 2 days later for misfire and also to have bulbs replaced that blew 1 day after purchase.Never have I purchased a car where the dealer forwarded me registration documents which it should have came straight from DMV. I regret giving them my business as they are not professional.

Beware!!!! They will collect your social security number so that they can steal your identity. They tell you that you have to go through the process before you can see the car you went in to see. Once they have your social security number, they tell you the car isn't ready to be sold. Then they try to sell you a different car all together with NO features at all. Not even a charging port or GPS with 20K more miles for more money than the car you went to see. They are just out to get people's information in an effort to scam them and steal their information. Do Not Go Here!!!!!!

It looks like their main purpose is to get customer's information ( Identity)They bait the customers. They advertise cars that are not available.I saw a used ******** 2018 listed for $21,9XX, I went to the dealership and all they wanted was my information. Halfway through the process, I insisted on seeing the car, after a couple of minutes, they came back and told me the car was not available but was instead trying to sell me something else. I then left. One week later, the car was still listed on the site. I filled out a form and a representative sent me message and asked when I was going to visit the dealership for the car. I called and insisted I wanted to know if the car was available. The person then said no. I asked if someone bought it, they said no. I asked if it was being repaired before it could be sold, they said no. They then said it's not for sale. Meanwhile, they still have the car listed on their page and cars.com just to drive traffic to their business. They wasted my time and many others. They advertise falsely to get people to the dealership
