  They had a 2009 Infiniti advertised for almost $5k. I wasnt approved because it was top tier for the bank, whatever that means! Then I was shown an Altima, I wasnt approved for that either. So I received 2 different inquiries from banks regard my credit and why their decision was made on why I couldnt get a 2023 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER AWD?????!!!!!! I didnt go there for a Mitsubishi Outlander, let alone a 2023 vehicle, now its been added to my credit report!!!!!!!!!

  My story is exactly like the story written below mine. I was told the 2020 Mustang I was buying at $18,598 was on sale from $22,000. The worst part is the finance person old me the sale included the ******** the tire and wheel, catalytic converter program, a protectant for the interior and paint job WAS ALL INCLUDED! I put down $3,000 thinking great I only have $15,000 left to pay off. NOPE MY $18,000+ CAR TURNED INTO $38,000+. All of those wonderful things that were said to be included were about $2,000 a piece. Not to mention the car was supposed to be detailed and washed which there is no way the inside was done and scratched taken care of. They claimed to have done a maintenance check at the beginning of February no idea what they are talking about in less then a week of having the car it needed the oil change light came on, alignment need to be done and all there tires balanced because the car shook so bad if you went over 60. The young sales person was nice but those behind the scenes in the finance department completely took advantage by using the word " INCLUDED" and turned around and charged for all those extras.

  Horrrrrrrible place! I dont understand how theyre an establishment. Went for a $15k car and turned out to be $42k!! Like how??? When asked about dealer fees they ignore the question. At the end they hit you with about $10k in fees and things you didnt ask for!! And the banks they use are the worse. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! They will also not refund you the down payment if you decide to cancel the purchase.

  It took me 6 hours to leave with a car from there for absolutely no reason other than they only had one finance manager on a Sunday. I told finance i did not want any additional coverage for anything. They charged me for Premier Essential, Premier Defense, Converter Pro, and LoJack when i did not want any of these. An additional $8,080 was added to my purchase for these products that i do not want!!! I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this experience was enough to not send people to this dealership. Due to the finance manager being so behind, they decided to have another manager help. This manager quoted incorrect monthly payments for the vehicle i had to go with since all of the options i saw online were sold and the whole deal was misleading. I saw a car on the lot i liked and was not told the price of the vehicle until i Finalized the finance option. I only got to test drive 1 vehicle while i was there for 6 hours. Online deals are definitely a way for them to get you in the door. I don't even understand why I was the LAST person to leave the dealership waiting on the staff to finalize my finance options. One thing i will say is do not trust the ****** reviews on here. They pressure you to leave a good review on ****** for your sales person. Apparently it's "required", even if you decline leaving a review. Not a pleasant experience and wouldn't recommend this place. I am going to ask for a new buyers order without the additional products i did not want!

  The worst dealership Ive ever been to. A car that was $29k turned out to be over $50k with so many fees and unnecessary add-ons. This business is a SCAM and I will never be returning. The managers lie and even after you sign other things are added on. When I asked for my money back they said no and I was told that if I cancelled the loan theyd take out another loan without my permission. Verbally threatening anyone who doesnt agree with these absurd terms and fees. I am stressed and lack sleep due to such a terrible scanning experience.

  Victory Mitsubishi is the king of the bait and switch. They advertise one price, then change it when you actually get there. We've filed complaints with the *** Attorney General, the *** DMV, and *** Consumer Affairs. Hopefully, the ** and DMV will revoke their license to sell vehicles in ********.

  scammed my real bad and not even trying to take accountability they will lie to to you about prives as if it works with your budget take your money. screw you over.. salesman ******* who i believe got fired.. setup a duplicate insurance for me to his house in syracuse which i found out later on…. i tried to immediate the case with them they lied and blamed me saying they didnt want to represent. misrepresentation and that they used my ny address when my address on my ny address in is the bronx … save your money i got two babies this affected my life dramatically missed out on job opportunities due to my license being suspended stuck with car notes , tickets , due to no fault of my own..

  Bought a car at this establishment less than a month ago reached out to have many things fixed that they were aware of before I drove the car off the lot. Can't get any appointment with the service center instead I'm being told to contact a manager to speak about my issues. Less than a month in the vehicle and the check engine light came on. Had it checked and the turbo needs to be fixed, sunroof can't open, passenger side mirror not functioning, seat was ripped and they were to fix that, calipers at risk to seize up because of however long the car sat in their lot. This company is by far the worst.

  Buyer BEWARES!! All of their 5 star reviews r from 3rd party "paid" services. Please read all of their 1 star reviews and you'll see how sleazy the dealership operates!This is place is ashamed and a scam. Theyll treat you like a, **** but once you bought the car theyll treated you like a 3rd world person. I bought a $80K Tesla from them. Yes, they treated me and greeted me well; but the things they were promised me were NEVER delivered. To make the story short, no one was able to help? From the beginning said theyll do this and do that. They even promised me a brand new set of tires. At the end they GAVE me back the original USED tires. They gave the run around calling the manager, sales person, service center. When I got to the service center they said call the showroom/sales/manger. At the end I ended up buying new tires myself. What a shame so sad ******** people. Buyers, save your $ and go elsewhere.UPDATE: You called this misunderstanding? what you've been drinking? Where's my tires that you guys promised? It was written on the paper. To add to the insult. Where's the followed up? Have you guys resolved my problems. ***** None.Folks, please check their **** reviews.
