      I have a repossession on my credit because they financed me a used 2018 ****** Altima at 24,000.After tax it was 29k The car I wanted was 17k. They are scamming everyone

      DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! BIG RED FLAG!!!They are one of the worst car dealers you will ever come across. The listed price of the vehicles on their website or on Carfax is not their sale price, infact when you walk in they say it's going to cost 10k more than the listed price after adding some weird fees and additional charges (which are way too expensive for some basic services they claim to offer). Their customer care representative quoted me a price of 15k, later when I walked in they added $2500 on top of 15k as downpayment and then added fees and additional charges giving me a final quote of 25k. I travelled all the way from Jersey and it was a complete waste of my time. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

      Look at all the 1 star review on their ****** page to REALLY understand how they run their scam. Very shady dealership, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

      Victory Mitsubishi is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. The prices that are advertised are false and they intentionally lure you in to waste your time, run your credit and try to force you in to purchases you are uncomfortable with. I went in on 2 separate occasions and was met with lies about vehicles that never existed and ludicrous deals. I specifically told the workers there not to run my credit until I gave them the okay as I was just window shopping to make sure I found something I loved. They lied and claimed they were taking my information for records and went ahead and ran my credit anyway even though I specifically told them on multiple occasions not to do so. This place is a FRAUD. The managers are disrespectful and unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend anyone go here unless you want to be lied to about vehicles, met with confusion, or have sketchy men handling your information. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

      I would advise to stay away from Victory Mitsubishi in the Bronx. They include add-ons and when asked to remove, they refuse to do so. It's like being held under duress. These add-ons accumulate to over 10k on my recent purchase. When you contact the financial manager or sales manager they pretend to assist you but never return your call/text/email after the initial conversation. They lie a lot too. Seems like they back-up each other with their lies as well. I did a recent transaction and this is my biggest regret going with this company. I would advise others not to sign any contract. Take the contract home and read it thoroughly. You have that right to do so. Don't put any downpayments unless you have read the entire contract and fine prints. They omit alot of information while signing the contract too. So be aware. Because of their scrupulous, manipulative behavior I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The *********** needs to enforce some law to protect consumers from dealerships like Victory Mitsubishi. If I could give this review a zero I would.

      My husband was scammed as well ,the price of the car advertised and the bill of sale was off by $5000. He did really until he got home and finally read it over.. We live in Ct and all of the add on's he was told comes with the price of the car. That was until he looked at the billnof sale and realized he had paid an extre $9000 for the things they added on.. You call them and get the run around and you are told yo come in person to get it resolves and nothing happens . Hopefully, everyone gets a lawyer and come together and get a lawsuit going against these criminals.

      I would give this dealer zero stars if I could. This place was horrendous, unethical, and offensive. They repeatedly gave us one price and then, after making us wait for hours (appointments be damned, they will not be recognized here!) told us it would be $400/month more. When I pointed out that this was a bait and switch (which it was), a different employee poked his head in and made a gratuitous anti-Semitic comment that had nothing to do with anything except offending **. I would rather not get a car or go to a dealership much farther from my house than spend a dime here. Do not waste your time, you will sit for hours only to be lied to.

      Scam artists!I found a good deal on a car via their website, called in the morning to confirm the car was available, the cash price for the vehicle, and that the title was clean, no accidents and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Called back at noon to confirm once more the cash buyout price and if I could pay with a cc and check. Called one last time before my 1.5 hour drive to their dealership and they confirmed the price, availability and condition of the vehicle.Once there they set me up with a sales person, informed him of my intentions. He had to go talk to his manager, came back with the price is $5000 more for a cash purchase and blamed the receptionist on the phone for the bad information.I said ok, let me take a test drive to consider the offer, he insisted to know my method of payment and informed me that this car was only to be offered for finance or lease. Last, he proceeded to tell me that the car was in the shop as it had front damage and the car was not ready.Total bait and switch, stay away.

      Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever encountered!!!I recently purchased a car from here & within 24 hours my car was giving issues. There are parts in the interior of the car that is literally popping out and I have to fix it myself. There are pieces in the car missing and my 2020 Mercedez Benz CLA 250 sounds like a truck. I took it to get ************** were honestly no help. ************** , along with the service department manager ******* was the guys helping me. They said there was nothing wrong with the car and he test drove it. However, when I received the car back the problem was never fixed !!! Not to mention after purchasing the vehicle, they basically force you to write a good review. This place is a scam they also added an extra $40000 to the cost of the vehicle which is way more than the car value & the price being advertised. They add extra fees even after the papers are siged.They are refusing to help me but with god by my side Im praying the BBB can help **** wish there was an options where I could leave no starts because they honestly don't even deserve the 1 start !!They are scammers & should not be trusted!

      I spoke with ******* about 2 vehicles I was interested in I traveled hours away for the vehicles they said was available, I got there and both cars I was interested in was not there after I filled out paperwork already I told them my price range they ran my credit 7 times for a $33000 loan after I told them my budget was $17000 the salesman ***** specifically asked me my price range and down payment I was working with just for the manager to run my credit for twice as much STAY AWAY from this place definitely bait and switch most of the cars thats posted on the site is not there definitely false advertisement ! I went to another dealer the next day with same down payment and price range and got approved instantly ! I will be reporting to the credit bureau that I was scammed
