    I purchased a Summit beverage refrigerator in January of 2021. After a year of use the compressor and drier stopped cooling my refrigerator. Summit was determined to be responsible for repairing/replacing this unit. A new refrigerator will be sent to my home as a solution.I worked with one of your employees, *************************, to get this resolved. She was extremely helpful and responds to any questions I had. Thank you for training her to be a great representative of your company!!!************************* ****

    My experience with **************** Representative, ***************************, was exceptional. She was very clear in giving direction on how to ensure a warranty for the induction cooktop I had purchased recently and that was not currently working. She even took the time to do some troubleshooting with her tech team to see if we could fix the issue without returning it for repair. I have so far, been satisfied with the Summit Appliances that I had purchased including a refrigerator and speed oven and I am very satisfied with the customer service experience. ********************** will pick-up my induction cooktop, repair and return it.Thank you agian ******* for pleasant and productive experience.

    I purchased and received my new Summit gas stove by an appliance company. It arrived damaged. Replacement parts were received and I was told a technician would replace them. After waiting for 2 to 3 weeks, having reached out to the company many times, and still no technician available to do the job, I called Summit.*************************** helped me and got a technician to do the job. I was almost in shock to have such wonderful service, caring and completion of the job. Quick, follow through responses, and working with one person was a **** reassurance that the job would get done. I will continue to purchase the Summit brand of appliances, Summit has your back!

    I recently moved into a new apartment that had a Summit gas range oven. I did not know when it was purchased or if it had a warranty but I could not work it. I called Summit and explained my situation and ***** called back to say they would give me a complimentary service even though I was not able to provide any warranty information. ******* came to my apartment for the service and was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process and showed me exactly how to use my specific appliance. ***** even helped with my building's unique COI requirements. I would highly recommend Summit for this excellent customer service.

    We absolutely LOVE Summit Appliance / ***** ****** Inc. They distribute appliances with outstanding design and function, and customer service is the best we've ever experienced. We currently own two refrigerators, and plan to buy a dishwasher. Recently our beautiful and usually silent older FFBF240W fridge started ticking like a timebomb. We knew it was sick - prayed it was repairable. In far northern rural Midwest, our appliance repair options are few, far - and very pricey. ****** in the *************** was AMAZING. He walked me step by step through diagnosis; said it sounded like a failing defrost timer, hand-picked the part for shipment, and provided clear instructions for the simple replacement process. The part was delivered in half the estimated time, replacement was exactly as easy as promised - and our refrigerator is working perfectly again. A++ 5-star business. We tell everyone to buy Summit Appliances.
